My son in law Mr. Pramod travelling with my daughter in his car KA53MG 2671 from Trivandrum to Bangalore had a breakdown for the vehicle at Hossur, Tamilnadu at 8:05 P:M .on 16/10/2021. Road side assistance was sought as per your 24/7 offer within the warranty period at 8.07 P.M. No mechanic turned up. After repeated calls after 2 hours and 40 minutes a person came for towing the vehicle to the service centre who charged in advance a hefty sum. The call centre people said this is the only option, not even caring to know whether it is a minor problem or otherwise. This sort of an unfair trade trade practice is not expected from a company like you. You have collected a hefty sum under the cover road side assistance at the time of sale of the vehicle and refuse to offer what is in fact expected from you. Unless you make a proper redressal of the grievance in an immediate time bound manner, I will be constrained to set the law in motion without further Notice. You are also called upon why wide publicity shall not be given to your irresponsible behaviour which is an epitome of deficiency in service. Awaiting a positive response at at he earliest.
