I have purchased new i20 asta dual tone on 28th july form khanna hyundai kanpur. On the same day i have seen something missing in gear knob of my vehicle and immediately ppint out that issue to the sale executive mr. Abhishek nigam and gm sale. They said that we will take it up and give information to you. Even after 25 days the didn't inform me any thing. Today i have visited the showroom again but behavior of mr. Abhishek nigam is pathetic. He even didn't bother to talk to us. Its very very disheartening for new customer of hyundai. So kindly guide us whether we should visit showroom again and again or should we shot hopping and kind of service from hyundai.
