Dear Sir, Subject : Complaint Regarding Sewakunj Motors Pvt. Ltd. (Khanna, Punjab, Hyundai Showroom ) I regret to inform you that your agent Mr. Guru Charan Singh (Ph : [protected]) is not cooperating with us regarding Claim No.[protected]UK-07AH-6596 (santro). It has been more than two month and our car repair work has not started till now in spite of getting all claim from insurance company. We have called Mr. Guru Charan Singh so many times but he doesn’t pick his call. But when we call from some other number he picks the call and give some lame excuses. And lie about the condition of the car that he has completed some part of the work and we can pick our car till May end. Our car met with an accident on 2nd april 2014 in Khanna(Punjab) . So we gave the car for repair there only and we thought he would work as he promised that it will be completed till may end. As we are from dehra dun we cannot go there to check on our car. We have provided all the relevant documents when they asked for it. Then on 24th May, one of our relative went there to check how much work they have done, then it came to our knowledge that they haven’t even started the work. The car is there in the same condition as before Kindly take some action in this regard as we are frustrated with the service. And we are going to file a case in this regard.
