[Resolved]  Hyundai Motor India — TWO FRONT TYRES AND PAINTING WORK

I HAVE PURCHASEDHYUNDAI EON ERA+ FROM UR MODY HYUNDAI SHOWROOM AT BOWENPALLY, MEDCHAL HIGHWAY, HYDERABAD, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA IN OCTOBER, 2012. AFTER THAT WITHIN ONE YEAR 2 FREE SERVICINGS HAVEDONE BY UR SERVICE PEOPLE AS PER SCHEDULE. AFTER COMPLETION OF ONE YEAR YOURBHARTI AXA INSURANCE AGENT HAS COME AND RENEW THE CAR INSURANCE FOR ONE YEAR INOCTOBER, 2013. AT THAT TIME HE GAVE A FREE VOUCHER FOR WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND WATERSERVICING WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF RENEWAL OF INSURANCE. ACCORDINGLYIN FEB/MARCH, 2014 I HAVE GIVEN FOR THAT SERVICE. AT THAT TIME OF HANDING OVERMY CAR TO UR PEOPLE ALL THE 4 TYRES ARE VERY GOOD CONDITION. AFTER RECEIVINGTHE SAME THE FRONT TWO TYRES WERE PUNCTURED AT THE SIDE OF THE TYRES IN SAMEPLACE. I HAVE BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF THE SERVICE MANAGER. BUT HE SAID THAT ITIS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY AND NOT RESPOND PROPERLY. AFTER THAT UR SERVICE FEEDBACK CALL HAS COME FROM U AND I RESPOND IT AND SAID ALL THE STORY AND GIVE MYOPENION IS WORST. AFTER THAT I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM UR HEAD OFFICEREGARDING THAT. I HAVE EXPLAINED ALL THE STORY. THEN UR SERVICE MANAGER040-[protected] HAS TELELPHONED ME AND ENQUIRE ABOUT THAT AND HE ASKED ME TOSEND UR VEHICLE ONCE AND HE PROMISED ME TO PROVIDE ONE TYRE IF POSSIBLE BESIDESTEFLAN COAT AND WATER SERVICING AND ALL SLIGHT MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES. BUT ATTHAT TIME I AM ASKING TWO TYRES. IF NOT POSSIBE FOR 2 TYRES REPLACEMENT, I ASKONE MORE REQUEST FROM MY SIDE I.E., FRONT AND BACK BUMPERS WERE SLIGHTLYSCRATCHED. CAN U RECTIFY IT. THEN HE SAID OK. ACCORDINGLY I SENT MY VEHICLE INMAY-2014. AFTER TWO DAYS HE RETURNED MY VEHICLE WITH UR DRIVER IN MY ABSENSE.AFTER CAME FROM MY OFFICE I OBSERVED THE VEHICLE THOROUGHLY. UR MANAGER DONEJUST WATER WASH AND DONE PAINT WORK WITH BRUSH WITH DIFFERENT DARK COLOUR. I HAVE STUNNED AND IT IS LOOKINGVERY BADLY AND ODDLY. THE SAME WAS INFORMED UR MANAGER. BUT HE WAS NOT RESPONDPROPERLY. AGAIN UR FEED BACK CALL HAS COME TO ME FROM UR HEAD OFFICE AND I SAIDALL THE STORY AND SAID UR SERVICE IS WORST. AGAINST THAT I HAVE RECEIVED A CALLON 15TH MAY BY ANOTHER MANAGER WHO WAS JOINED RECENTLY HE SAID FROM040-[protected] AND ENQUIRE ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND I EXPLAINED AGAIN TO HIM. HEPROMISED ME TO HE WILL COME AND VERIFY MY VEHICLE AND DISCUSS PERSONALLY. BUTTILL DATE HE HAS NOT APPROACHED ME. THIS IS UR SHOWROOM SERVICE. I AM VERY MUCH HURTED IN THIS ASPECT ANDUNNECESSARILY MY CAR WAS SPOILED IN ADDITION TO THAT SPOILED/PUNCTURED TYRES. IKINDLY REQUEST U TO PLEASE PROVIDE 2 FRONT TYRES AND ALSO DONE PAINTING WORKPROPERLY AND RESOLVE IT IMMEDIATELY FOR MY SATISFACTION.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
