Hyundai Motor India — Unethical behaviour of sts hyundai showroom in boisar | |||
Dear concern, I am complaining for unethical behaviour of sts hyundia motor in boisar. I went to check i10 car on 16th may 2016 and the sales person asked me to submit my original rc book for calculating the valuation of my old car. I never asked them to book i10 car neither i signed any document. Next day, i went to collect my rc book and have been informed by them to pay rs.5000/- to get back the rc book since they say that they have locked/booked the car & this is "hyundai motors company policy". Next day, i went to pay rs.5000/- and to my shock they asked me to pay rs.10, 000/-. On asking them the reason, i have been informed that mr. Dhananjay (Owner of sts hyundia) instructed them to do so. I am proceeding towards filing a police complaint towards sts hyundia boisar. Just want to warn other customers reading this message.
