Hyundai Motor India — unsatisfactory service rendered and spelling life into danger of car owner

I have lodged a complaint before around 2 years regarding unsatisfactory service and putting my life on rust by raja Hyundai service center jodhpur. My car no is RJ19CC6380. They have delivered my car after service bat 8pm without 2 stads of front wheel.
As it has spend a 2 year spell company is not listening my grievance otherwise I have to move to consumer court.
