Hyundai Motor India — Verna diesel 1.6 sx | |||
I had been a hyundai customer since 2008 when i first purchased verna xi petrol and ran the same till feb 2017, almost 9 yrs. Then recently i bought another verna but this time the diesel version as the previous car provided me with a good service over these many years. What i realized after buying is that i made a mistake.in the same price i would have got honda city but i thought of staying back with hyundai. After sales support is very poor. They don't even bother to find out how the car is running after 3 months. They made a mistake somewhere which resulted a spell mistake on my rc book. Since the registration is online nowadays, the error must have happened either at dealer side or at their broker side. Dealer people are not responsive even though the sales person have been made aware of. I made a complaint at hmil and they are giving a story of 8 to 9 months to get it fixed. I got the first servicing done and there also hyundai lacks. They care least for free services and do not pay enough attention to the customer. I indicated an issue with engine tuning (At 3rd gear, car is accelerating fast without pressing the accelerator lever) and they said to have taken care which is not the case. I would personally recommend every buyer to stay away from hyundai and look for other options. I am going to write to the md/ceo of hyundai if my issues are not taken care well and resolved within a reasonable time. Thanks B. Rakshit Was this information helpful? | |||
