Hyundai Motor India — very bad service complaint | |
I have brought a brand new hyundai grand i10 grand i10 sportz from your branch b mangatram & sons in bhuj. Invoice no: h[protected] on 12/03/2018. I was told i would get my registration plate in 14 days it is now 5 weeks and i have still not received my license plate, i have chased the branch on so many occasions in which they have promised to call me back and up till today i have not received any calls. I am flying back to the uk on the 12th april (2 days). I am now stuck in a position where i have purchased a car from you and have no registion plate. The car also has satilite navigation which does not work with apple iphone, the branch said they will update the car system on 5th of april to allow this to work but this has also not been done. I am very unhappy with this service provided to me after spending so much money with you. I want to complain hundai showroom Dewas city . It's very pathetic service and not resolve my complain regarding accesories of car this showroom employees do fake commitment of accessories . Please do something about this i want solutions for this.
