[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — very poor attitude & unfulfilled promise from the co., executive at tumkur showroom. | |||
Sir, We have come back from the hyundai tumkur showroom Vicky Hyundai (manasa motors pvt.ltd. Grr Petrolium Sira Road, Tumkur-572101) not taking the delivery of our new i20 elite which was due today. Our payment through RTGS vide company's cash receipt no.330 dt.3.9.14. with the full payment of 7, 87, 701/-including Rs.10, 000/-advance which stands in the name of MR.G.V.Srinivas.The first thing is as promised they did not give us both the mud flops and body cover and on insisting they not only denied but also went back on their promise. The company executive Mr.Stimith Shekar was now here in the showroom to attend to us or even talk to us regarding the promise and wanted to take the delivery as it is condition by Mr.Madhu-sales manger/team leader Mr.Harsha/Mr.Rajesh which we denied and came back disappointed. we were supposed take the delivery on our auspicious time from 12.30 to 1 pm on this friday ie.05.9.14 but unfortunately the vehicle was not ready and the company executives were in no mood to care for the delivery time. As for the company of your stature it is highly disappointing and we may not consider to go for Hyundai cars at all.
