Hyundai — Selling defective cars.
I strongly recommend not to buy hyundai - any car. If you are buying then you are playing with your life. I've bought the "elite i20 sprotz-o" car in november-2015. On 10-february-2016 while travelling to banglore from chitradurga on the way 2 tyre got burst (Left-front & left-rear). I've registered the complaint on the same day to hyundai customer support, where they shifted the car to tumkur for fixing the issue. I've sent the many emails and number of times call to mansa motor, tumkur and hyundai call center, but no body responded back. After a fight for 2-3 week they fixed the car and provided to me after 3 weeks. Also total damage bill for the car was appx 80, 000/- where company took the responsibility of only front tyre (Amount. 8000/- appx). It now 1.5 months when i am calling to hyundai call center but they are talking very rudely and not responding. After discussion with the mansa motor service manage he clearly mentioned that hyundai always provide "bridgestone" types where market condition is so bad for this tyre company and they've faced many complaints similar to this. I was luck that me and my family was safe after this incident. But i am not sure if anyone else has faced something more bad than this. I strongly recommend not to buy hyundai any car. As they are very very very very bad/worst in sales or service. Thanks, Naveen k satia, Bangalore Was this information helpful?

They don't deserve even an single star which mark them bad. They are much lower than the 1 star.
