I-on Devoice Internet Services — Mental agony because of pathetic services | |||||
My name is Snehal Thakur. I am using i-on internet services since 1 and a half year. For the month of june i started getting frequent discontinuation in internet services. I raised complain on 20th june 2016 and that got resolved on 30th june 2016 and for that too I followed up every day. I did not receive any positive response on my complain however I got pathetic customer service who are not ready to help consumer. I was given fake promises every day. I requested for a call back that i got after 4 days. That was too frustrating. Afterwards on 2nd july 2016 i faced new issue and that too took 3 days to resolve resulting into mental igony. And now i came to know that they have degraded my plan from 1mbps to 512mbps without any information. I want compensation for mental tourture.
