I-On — Shifting request from last 15-20 days

Address:N34/S1/19/04 Swami Vivekananda Nagar, New Cidco

I have provided shifting request from mumbai naka to rane nagar bus stop, new cidco 1 month back.
No one is taking care of the same. The no provided not responding, if responded then its not in my area call on this no with end 71, if i call that no he again gives another no, this sequence is going on from last 15-20 days.
