Dear Sir/Madam With due respect to inform you that I have purchased one iball marvel 6 v laptop 2.0 14inch laptop from amazon online marketing jun 2019.But sir after 5/6 months later I have seen keyboard problem in the laptop.After that I have gone to our nearest i ball service centre in located at Silchar, Assam and service centre received my laptop and said to me that for min one month repairing time.After one month when I goes to service centre they reply me that aftre 10days, after 15 days after one month you get your laptop . But sir one year has gone but sir till today I have not got my laptop from service centre. So Sir I request to you Sir kindly take the necessary steps regarding this matter and give my laptop as soon as possible.
