iBall — Defective product supplied cheating money not refunded back

I bought a iball tablet o900-c and found that a defective piece was delivered. The iball customer care people asked me to submit the tablet to a service center, which i did in the jalahalli service station. They kept the product with them for 15-20 days and returned back only updating the software but the screen was still flickering and ear phone jack failed to work.

They agreed that the product was defective and they would either provide a new piece or credit the amount back.
I have been writing to iball customer care who raised a ticket with number ib-cc52471.

After hundreds of calls and follow up emails, the branch manager (Ashwath) from bangalore made a call and promised a complete refund of money because of the defective piece and bad service. Also apologised on behalf of the service centre people (B. S. Enterprises, jalahalli) because those guys literally abused and misbehaved with me (Woman).

Now its come to a point that mr. Ashwath is no more receiving my calls or answering mails. So are the customer care email desk. I have been travelling to and fro to service centres, making calls. End of all what i receive is abuse from people for following it up. This is happening since 2 months now. I have spent 10k for the tablet and equivalent money on taxis and phone calls. This is emotionally very abusing too.

I haven't received any Update from the iball service centre yet and the Branch Manager Mr. Ashwath continues to cheat me. He doesnt receive calls or replies to mails. I have submitted the iball tablet in the Yelahanka service station as per their advise and they replied back in turn saying refund will be done in 15 days. Its been more than 15 days now and he continues to be absconding.

There is a limit for every bad service and these people are professional FRAUD.

I purchase an iball tablet throgh flipcart on 18.10.2015. Two weeks ago i noticed that the charge from the tab is gone quickly, the tab goes switchoff even it shows 45% charge. Yesterdy something bulges inside the tab and coming out. Tt is in warranty period, plz help me. My mobile number is [protected].
