iBall — faulty tablet holder for repair since last 1 month | |||
I had brought an I ball tablet model 4gmoviez on 20th october through flipkart. The tablet stopped working within 2 months o[censored]sage. I submitted the product to the service centre in ahmedabad on December 14 it had call code: [protected]c008. I have never received any update for the product from the service centre.i have been following up with them since last 5-7 days and I am getting a standard answer that they are waiting for a part. Also I received very vague answers from your customer care execuitve Rubina that we can not do anything in this regard and you have to wait. And no timeline of waiting period is given to me. This is just a very bad experience for me as I had brought the product front this company for the first time. If the purpose of my purchase is not getting full filled and I have to bloody wait for 1 month just for a part replacement, this thing is unjustifiable. Also there is policy from your end to revert back in 14 days. as told to me by the service centre employee I have purchased many products from other companies and they do provide a quick turn around. But talking to your service centre and customer care executive I don't see any timeline for my product. I want a replacement for this product if you can not fix it in next 2-3 days and looking for a reply on this ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
