iBall — I was given defective product and now no action | |||||
Hi I bought an iBall bluetooth speaker on flipkart. The speaker's battery dies out in less than 30 minutes; however, it is suppose to last 2:30 hours. When I registered a compalint on Flipkart, they said I should visit iBall's service centre. I went to the service centre. At the service centre, I was told, they do not service products sold via Flipkart. I again lodged a compalint to Flipkart but they again asked me to visit iBall's service centre. I have called iBall's customer care[protected]/[protected]/[protected] severally but they do not have time to attend to customers.
