I bought the headphone through amazon on 7th october. Suddenly after 30days of purchase product stopped working. Hence i have spoke to a amazon executive regarding to my earwear issue & he guided me to get in touch with iball cust service center. He did provided me with the number & address for the service center in vasai. Post that i have visited the service center personally and submitted the product on 11/11/19. The executive at the service center asked me to visit them after 1week. However i have visited them after 10days, inorder to know the status of earwear. They checked and told me that the company have sent a replacement but however that is not the same product it's a completely different product. They have given the reason why company have sent a different product because they don't have the same product in stock. Since then i am trying to get in touch with the customer care executive, however that is another big pain in #. Because there lines are always busy for hours and hours. Now don't know how to get the same product and to whom to discuss it with. Hope this complaint will help me to get a resolution for my issue. Now i don't have any earphone to use. I have attached the receipt copy of the service center which i got it as a acknowledgement copy from the device center. Also attaching the screenshot of the earwear from amazon.
