1. Original bill and waranty card not placed within iball box.
2. Thin size screw come out pasted with red hole size tap on back side
3. Curser dancing and shifting frequentlyof own without any command any touch.
4. Ms official while chat cleared no free offer as printed on iball box is granted by microsoft for free ms office and other 5gb onedrive and outlook email. So need to procure ms office for use of excel
Kindly look into it and arrange to replace with loaded products as included in ofer printed on iball box to work conveniently with out curser prob
