iBall — My IBall TAB is in problem with scrolling the touch screen. | |||
I have purchased a Iball moviz pro tablet through by cash at Bangalore[protected] and the product was in use for 10 months and had gone problem with scrolling the touch screen and It is in warranty period now. Due to covid and no helpdesk / service centre support i have emailed to customer care but no response. I have been following up several times and every time the service centre number comes out as not operational. If required additional details/doc please let me know and will share it .
