iBall — Network and internet access problem


I had purchased iball AVONTE 5, 6 month ago. There are continue facing network and Internet access problem. I gave my mobile to service centre 2 times within 3 months and still facing same problem. Service centre representatives not returning mobile on given date they are asking for more additional time. I found it worst mobile i have purchased and its services are not satisfactory.

I wish you will take immediate action to resolve issues

iBall — Tablet iball Q45i 3g

I have purchased my iball tablet on 18-5-16 . It worked just 1 month I went to service centre but it was of no use. Now it's 3 months still I got no response from the company... I am fed up of this bulls hit company it's service is very very poor. They are not even taking my tablet. I bought my tablet through flip kart online website and they too are not helping me.
