iBall — No proper service within warranty period | |||
The bought tablet is not even 2 months old but with lot of issues and the service is also not provided by the company iball. It doesn't provide the specified specifications also, like 8gb inbuilt memory which is fake, the tablet seems to reboot itself for no reason, Sound Quality is not up-to mark, Camera Sucks in Room light. Battery is not good. Once you charge it fully it gives a back up of 3 ours. Once battery is below 40%, it starts discharging very fast even if you dont use it. The Mic doesn't work properly. So when you are on call (using iBall earphones) the person at the other end can hardly get 10% of your voice even if you shout !!! OTG is not working Was this information helpful? | |||
