[Resolved] iBall — non working of iball slide tab

I purchased i ball slide tab on 11th sept. 2016 online through paytm. Now when battery downs to 45%, it automatically, its power automatically off and when phone is connected to power, only then its power on. Some time when i insert sim in the pone, it automatically turns off. I complained it to service centre, problem was not solved
