I was looking for the service center for my iBall speakers, the address for which was provided on their website. The attached photo shows the same. I reached the location provided at 5:50 pm today (3rd July, 2018). I searched relentlessly for the service center in scorching heat, carrying multiple heavy speakers on my hands. After 15 minutes of searching and sweating, another shopkeeper in that area told me that the service center had been shifted elsewhere. After taking so much pain, it was really disappointing to know that my work was futile. After this, I called the number provided on the website, the attached photo shows the same, at 6:11 pm on the same day. A lady picked up and told me that she is speaking from the iBall service center. When I told her my grievance and my willingness to come to their new location of service center, she told me not to come as they were closed now for business hours for the day as the business timing was till 6 pm. When I insisted that the timing was 7 pm which can be clearly seen on their website, the attached photo shows the same, she still argued and tried to mislead me. In despair, I called the customer care at 6:17 pm the same day and told an executive of their's my whole story. The executive also then told me that they can't connect to their service center and told me to call the next day. I came from outside the city as there was only one service center in the whole city. I'm really frustrated and disappointed in the professionalism showed by these people and the company they represent. I was misled, my time, money, and energy was wasted. And after all this, they still tried to mislead me. Finally I decided to approach consumer complaints and I hope I will be helped here. Thanking you. Was this information helpful? |
