I bought iball compbook from esquire thrissur. I haven't got a chance to use the laptop for more than a month and a half. At first the keyboard stopped working. Initially just one or two keys so i had to ignore it for a while, since i had a busy schedule to work around with. After a while most of the keys stopped working. And all these were happening when the laptop was brand new and hardly used. After a while it stopped charging for some reason. Then i approached esquire service centre and they told that it will be sent to iball and will be fixed in a week. I heard from them after few weeks, i collected my laptop. To my disappointment, it stopped working the same day. Again had to send back and they said it is fixed after few weeks and i collected only to find it not working the same night. The story kept repeated but my laptop never worked. Its very frustrating when you shellout your hard earned money but the gadget you bought never serves the purpose. I have been after it for months together, but nothing happened other than me wasting my money, time and energy. I want the concerned department to address my problem before i run out of warranty. This product has some serious manufacturing defect and by all means it should be replaced. Because i'm not gonna fall for "yes mam, we have fixed the laptop for u"once again. If replacement ain't possible, you can process the refund but ain't gonna budge for any other option. Coz i've reached my saturation point with this product. Extreme disappointment. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

    I had ordered wc1 smart watch through witty cart on line vide order no. Wc61861 on 8th april 2019 i received the parcel of smart watch. When opened for putting it is observed that the battery is fully damaged and had become shapeless, balloon type. When i tried to put it back it was not possible to fit it again. I am really surprised to receive such a damaged watch from you… i would request you to kindly send me replacement at the earliest as the said watch is not working else refund the amount of 2000/-. It is our hard earned money and we trusted your company. Please do some needful as soon as possible

        Dear team,

        I was purchased one tablet in the year 2018, its still under warranty, one day he was not worked properly, i was approached to the ghaziabad based service center, in there mr. Deepak (Manager of service center) told me its touch is not working properly and has to replace, he was given me the estimation of rs 1800 expenses, i was given ok to them and he replace the touch.in same day when i was charged the tab and re open, its touch is not working, so we once again approached him, he told us its again require rs 700 expenses of touch.
        May i request you, being a international company, such type of fraud happen in your company.
        I request to the authorities, take appropriate action and resolved my issue.

          I have been facing rang issue for the last 2months.. Actually internet is working good in 1 room and the rang issue with the other room, and i have already checked with the internet provider complaint team so many times but nothing to resolved so i definitely the main issue with the i ball router, so kindly replaced or check it out asap...

            I went in for this iball laptop - n500, 4 gb ram as i wanted to buy about 50 of them and these were reasonably priced. The advantage stops with the price. To starts with, i ordered 4 of these laptops through one dupe company called amr enterprises who refused to take calls once the laptop got delivered and the money got transferred. The keyboard was not functioning effectively on any of them. However, since i didnt want to waste employee productivity i submitted two of them to the service center which after much haggling with the service center at lamington road, they agreed to give me a doa and exchange. Even thes had some blinking issues but we realized we could work around it and let it be as we didnt want to lose further productive time.

            Out of the remaining two, one was manageable and the other because of the keyboard issue we had to send it again to the service center. And this time i have to haggle with the same guy again who refuses to exchange the laptop. Seriously, do they think we are insane to complain about a brand new laptop, hardly 10 days old and ask for replacement. This guy wants me to visit the service center and check myself. Its not enough my office boy has made multiple trips already. So i pretty much have to junk it if they dont replace it.

            Request, please dont fall for such items and new companies and low class products because of low price. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned the hard way for me.

              I bought andi 4a projector mobile before 5 years.. Last two years i was searching for the battery. All sellers are saying this type of battery is not available nowadays. I bought this mobile for 17999 rs, now battery is not available. We are buying the products because the customers thinking the sellers will support in future for availability of the spare parts. I called customer care, they are saying right now it is not in stock... They are repeating this for past couple of months

                I purchased headphone from vardhman computers at wazirput (Copy attached) on 31st just 18 and within a month time cushion on ear phone speaker has started tearing out (Images attached) and when i visited the shop where from i purchased it, i was given statement that it's not their responsibility band i was referred to the service center at g22 kumar tower where in the executive simply said that it happens and not guaranteed. He also said that some chemical has been used due to which it has started coming out. I asked him to show me the sign if chemical and the person very rudely asked me to go to nehru place centre for my complaint. I purchased this item as a gift for our closed relative who requested us to check for replacement. It was very embarrassing when they requested for replacement of defective item. Since both shop owner and service center has refused to entertain my issue i am forwarding my concern to you to get a proper solution. After having followed upwith the company they asked me to get it replaced by paying a certain amount.

                  i have purchased iball Tablet PC Elan 4G2 in dec 2017 with the serial no.: [protected], till date i am unable to use this tablet because of faulty product provided to me. i have deposited this tablet to iball service centre six times from the date of purchase due to manufacturing fault of the product. i have told to service centre person please change / replace this tablet with new one or refund my money of Tablet otherwise i will take help of comsumer forum court. please see the number of times i deposited tablet in iball service centre. they never repaired properly. today i talk to service centre for there is no response, thev told me that your tablet is not yet ready .                       मैने दिनांक 03/08/2017 को I Ball MusiGripper B9 Bluetooth Headset White खरीदा था, लगभग खरीदने की दिनांक के 4 महीने पशचात इस डिवाइस में अचानक म्यूजिक सुनने के दौरान एक तरफ आवाज आना बंद हो गया, प्रोडक्ट In Warranty था इसलिये मैं इसे दिनांक 12/12/2017 को इंदौर स्तिथ I Ball के आधिकारिक Service Centre पर ले गया, जो की Office No. 310, 3rd Floor, B - Block, Silver Mall, RNT Marg, Indore 452001 स्तिथ है, यहाँ पर मैने इसे जमा किया फिर मुझे एक रिसीप्ट मिली, यह दी गई रिसीप्ट लेकर में कुछ दिनों बाद वापस यहाँ आया और मुझे पुराने वाले प्रोडक्ट I Ball MusiGripper B9 Bluetooth Headset White की जगह Replacement में मुझे नया फ़्रेश I Ball MusiGripper B9 Bluetooth Headset Red मिला ।
                      10 महीने बाद दिये गए प्रोडक्ट मैं भी पहले जैसी स्थिति उत्पन्न हुई, अर्थात उस प्रोडक्ट में भी एक साइड आवाज आना बंद हो गई, फिर में दिनांक 29/10/2018 को वापस उस प्रोडक्ट को में उसी I Ball Service Centre, Indore ले गया जहाँ पर मुझे बताया गया कि आपका यह प्रोडक्ट Out of warranty हैं, मेने कहा जी बिल्कुल क्योकि इसकी एक साल का Warranty Period दिनांक 03/08/2018 को समाप्त हो गया था, फिर सर्विस सेन्टर वालो ने इसे ठीक करने के बदले 150 रुपये मांगे फिर मेने हाँ किया कि ठीक है आप Suitable Charge ले लेना बाकी इसे आप Repair करके दो, उन्होंने प्रोडक्ट जमा किया और फिर मुझे एक रिसीप्ट दी और कहा कि एक या दो दिन बाद इसे ले लेना, फिर में इसे दिनांक 01/11/2018 को वापस सर्विस सेन्टर लेने गया और कुछ देरी के इंतजार के बाद मुझे मेरा प्रोडक्ट दिखया और बोले कि आप चेक करलो मेने उसे जैसे ही हाथ में लिया और पाया कि यह प्रोडक्ट तो मैने दिया था वह तो नही है क्योंकि यह प्रोडक्ट बहुत ज्यादा Scratched था, जगह जगह स्क्रैच थे एवं इसका Right Side वाला Ear Section बहुत Scratched था और इसका Charging Socket का portion भी टूटा हुआ था, इसके मुकाबले मेने जो जमा किया था वह बिल्कुल fresh एवं new condition में उस पर किसी भी जगह कही पर भी scratch नही था और न ही कही से damage था बस problem इतनी थी कि एक तरफ की साइड में आवाज नही आ रही थी ।
                      मेने यह बात Counter पर बैठे हुए Service Provider को बताई तो उन्होंने कहा कि यहां आपका ही प्रोडक्ट है और आप ही ने इसे जमा किया था, मेने इसके बदले उन्हें बताया कि मैने जो जमा किया था वह बिल्कुल फ्रेश condition में था परंतु इस पर तो काफी scratch है और damage भी है, Service Provider ने मेरी एक नही चलने दी तो फिर मेने संतुष्टि के लिए उस दिए गए प्रोडक्ट पर Bar कोड एवं Serial Number प्रदर्शित करती हुई एक slip देखी फिर मेने वो serial number दी गई receipt पर प्रदर्शित सीरियल नंबर से match किये तो वह match तो हो गए परंतु प्रोडक्ट वह नही था जो मेने दिया था, फिर मेने इस संदर्भ मैं सर्विस प्रोवाइडर एजेंट से वापस शिकायत की कि यह प्रोडक्ट मेरा नही है यह तो damage एंड scratched है मेरा तो full fresh प्रोडक्ट था या शायद आपने मेरे bar code एवं Serial Number की slip आपने इसे repair करने के दौरान किसी पुराने same प्रोडक्ट पर चिपका दी हो, परंतु उन्होंने एक न सुनी फिर मेने IBall Customer Care Number[protected] पर उसी समय फ़ोन किया तो उन्होंने मुझे फ़ोन पर बताया कि indore में हमारा authorized centre है और वो ऐसा नही कर सकते परंतु मेने उन्हें अवगत कराया कि मेम कोई भी ऐसा नही करते परंतु मेरे साथ यही हुआ है, फिर I Ball Customer Service Care ने मुझे प्रोडक्ट की डिलीवरी देने वाले agent से बात कराने को कहा तो उन्होंने Service Centre Agent से बात की, लेकिन सर्विस सेन्टर एजेंट ने Customer Service Care वालो को फ़ोन पर बताया कि यह प्रोडक्ट इनका ही है और इनको दी गई receipt पर भी physical condition में scratched mention है, फिर मेने बात की तो iball customer care वाली मेडम ने मुझे कहा कि यह I BALL इंदौर Centre वाली मेडम ठीक कह रही है, अब हम कुछ नही कर सकते और आप चाहें तो customer.[protected]@iball.co.in पर इस प्रोडक्ट के फोटो के साथ ईमेल भेज सकते है फिर कॉल disconnect हो गई ।
                      मेने फिर service centre वाली मेडम से कहा कि मेम ऐसा मत कीजिये तो उन्होंने बताया कि मैने आपको जो receipt दी थी उस पर physical condition section में scratched mention है और तुमने जो प्रोडक्ट दिया था वह scratched होगा, इस पर मैने तत्काल उत्तर दिया कि मेडम मेने जो product मेने दिया था वह fresh था एवं उसमे कोई एक भी scratch नही था मेडम ने कहा आपके इस receipt पर signature है मेने फिर मेडम से कहा कि मेडम आपने जबरदस्ती उस दिन प्रोडक्ट की फिजिकल कंडीशन में scratched mention किया था जबकि physical condition fresh थी, मेडम ने कहा आपके पास कोई प्रूफ है कि आपका प्रोडक्ट scratched नही था, मेने उनसे कहा कि मेडम आप उस दिन का CCTV Footage चेक कर लीजिए कि मैने जो प्रोडक्ट जमा किया था उसकी physical condition कैसी थी, लेकिन मेडम ने मेरी एक नही सुनी ।
                      फिर मेने सोचा अगर मुझे पता होता कि I Ball Service Centre वाले ऐसा कृत्य करते है तो मैं पहले ही अपने अच्छी condition वाले product के फोटो खींच लेता और फिर मेडम को बताता की ये देखिये सबूत !
                      मेरी कही भी सुनवाई न होने के बाद मेने Consumer Forum के नंबर [protected] पर कॉल करके पूरी घटना की शिकायत दर्ज करवाई फिर उन्होंने मुझे बताया कि आप iball company के ईमेल पर शिकायत भेजे और अगर सात दिनों के अंदर कोई हल नही निकले तो आप वापस इन्ही नंबर पर आपके शिकायत क्रमांक 990476 के साथ कॉल करे, फिर आगे की process हम बताएंगे, इसके बाद में अपना प्रोडक्ट लिए बिना ही निराश होकर लौट आया।
                      अतः iball कंपनी के उच्चाधिकारियों से मेरा विनम्र निवेदन है कि मुझे Iball service centre वालो से मेरा वही प्रॉडक्ट दिलाये जो मेने repair के लिए दिया था जिसकी physical condition बहुत अच्छी थी, ये पुराना scratched एवं damage प्रोडक्ट मुझे न दिलाये जिसकी photos में इस ईमेल के साथ attach कर रहा हूँ साथ ही वो दोनों receipt की photos bhi attach कर रहा हूं जो मुझे दी गई थी।

                        I bought an iball headset from a local mobile shop in peroorkada and it stopped working after 1 week and now they are not ready to return or replace the product.
                        I lost my 400 rupees. They don't value for my money. They are not even ready to service my headset. They are not valuing my money. And i am not able to afford such loses, please suggest me some solutions

His name was agarwal who installed the cc cameras but since then am facing cam issues for which i have contacted the agarwal who the official dealer of iball.                             Iball headphone bt4 goes in stand by mode and does not turn off. This is my first day of the product and result is not satisfactory so kindly give the solution of this product so that we can continue the function the perticular head set or i ball haedphone and please send the solution of this problem so that we can enjoy the music so that we can sole it.

                                I was looking for the service center for my iBall speakers, the address for which was provided on their website. The attached photo shows the same. I reached the location provided at 5:50 pm today (3rd July, 2018). I searched relentlessly for the service center in scorching heat, carrying multiple heavy speakers on my hands. After 15 minutes of searching and sweating, another shopkeeper in that area told me that the service center had been shifted elsewhere. After taking so much pain, it was really disappointing to know that my work was futile. After this, I called the number provided on the website, the attached photo shows the same, at 6:11 pm on the same day. A lady picked up and told me that she is speaking from the iBall service center. When I told her my grievance and my willingness to come to their new location of service center, she told me not to come as they were closed now for business hours for the day as the business timing was till 6 pm. When I insisted that the timing was 7 pm which can be clearly seen on their website, the attached photo shows the same, she still argued and tried to mislead me. In despair, I called the customer care at 6:17 pm the same day and told an executive of their's my whole story. The executive also then told me that they can't connect to their service center and told me to call the next day. I came from outside the city as there was only one service center in the whole city. I'm really frustrated and disappointed in the professionalism showed by these people and the company they represent. I was misled, my time, money, and energy was wasted. And after all this, they still tried to mislead me. Finally I decided to approach consumer complaints and I hope I will be helped here. Thanking you.

                                I purchased iball headphone (under warranty) 17 days ago, it worked fine only few days then after it stop working i went to Authorized service center they are telling me that you need to wait 15 days till your product gets replaced. For installation i have called to the customer care and user check the issue online and then disconnected call and neither call back... The same thing happen 4 times... I have marked mail also for support team but no response... I have made mistake buying i ball product and very cheap customer care support... I suggest people do not buy iball product and waste money and time...

                                      I bought the above mentioned product on 12.07.2017 through flipkart. I faced poor battery problem within 2 months. I complaint to flipkart online but there is no response. So i take it to the nearby service centre, they told it as manufacturer defect and "we will replace the product". It took around 20 days. And they returned product with imei no:[protected].
                                      But it doesn't end up, the product which i get back also having the same battery problem that it doesn't charge and again i take it to the service centre for the complaint. But they informed me that this product with imei no. [protected] is registered with the other customer name. They issued me a refurbished product and said we will make service and let you know. This time they return the product in switched off condition and told that "go home and charge with your charger, then it will work”. But it doesn't even on this time.
                                      I don't know how to deal with this, it is not at all easy to buy a tab for rs.15000/- as a women, i did this for my child learning process. But my money is wasted and also my time and energy through running behind this problem. It takes me to the mental depression that my amount of rs.15000/- is wasted.
                                      I need my money back not the product. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                                        Last year 29th April 2017, I purchased I Ball-3G Q451 from Tushar mobiles dehuroad pune, After two months of purchasing, I stared facing technical problem in the tab. When I approached dealer he simply addressed iBall customer care number and advised to go there.

                                        I went to iball customer care which is in Pimpri, they repaired the problem and gave to me. But my problem is not ended here. Since then, Device stared giving me trouble frequently, I approached customer care 3 times every time they repair temporarily. Now, I'm facing new problem with the tab. Tab is completely opened one side because of over heat. Please find the Pictures in attached documents. I want to replace this faulty piece with new one if not possible please return my money.
