My iball nirantar ups 622 model stopped working after 2 months. I have raised a complain and has not been addressed since last 2 months. They came to replace battery but there was problem in main board and then said we need to order board and after that they are not doing anything.
I have called many times and they say main board is not available.

    I bought iball cinebar 100 high power 80 w bluetooth soundbar on 19th of october 2019, with in 40 days, product stopped working, i gave the speaker for service on dec 28th 2019, i was told the product would be replaced in a week, its been 80 days, still my promised replacement is not given. Customer care told me to wait few more weeks, have done more than 20 calls and 20 emails, its all of no use, absolutely pathetic response from iball team,
    Literally feel like got cheated believing in indian brand.

      I purchased I ball bluetooth earphones from amazon and I got some repair and submitted in the service center Secunderabad it been a month till now no response from I ball when I call those people Mr. Murali Mohan is talking very rudely and not giving proper response when I call I ball people no response till now. useless creatures, waste of buying.

        I bought the iball slide elan 3*32 from amazon on 17th august, 2019. I have not used not even 2months and got this issue, not able to switching on. I handed over it in one of the iball service centers on 10/10/2019. As of today iball is saying that still searching for parts. Call order number: [protected] serial/imei no: [protected] if the product is not in production why iball is selling online and amazon is allowing to sell such false products to customers. This is misleading customers with false products. And the iball customer care[protected] is worst which i saw in my lifetime and no one give proper response. After looking all this hectic experience with iball from past two months i don't want any such products from iball and i am expecting refund my from iball. Now iball is ready to provide replacement but the replacement product is lower version of the tablet which i bought. I bought for rs.9990/- but iball is providing the tablet which costs rs.7900/- and also the hardware configuration is very less. Iball is fooling the customers selling the failure products through e-commerce sights and same time service is not providing correctly. This issue is going on from more than 4 months and warrnty had given for one year. What is the use of such service from iball. I am requesting please help me to refund my money from iball. I am mentally disturbed by this iball company.

          This is regarding iball earwear base headphone in which left ear not working properly.

          After getting inspected in iball authorized service they deducted that there is problem in mic and applied iball for replacement but it is been around 37 days still i haven't received new.

          Sent so many mails to iball customer services but no reply from them...

          They have worst customer care ever i have seen if i call the customer care person it is ringing n it been rejected or am not hearing anyone speaking.

          Hope this forum will help. To reach the concerned authorities to take immediate action...

            L purchase a pt camera of your esttimed company but after few months some minor problems in the gadget so i went to the authorized service center padav gwalior of. Your company in warranty period. He told me l will exchage. It and give a new camera. So igave the camera in the service ceter. But after one month later my camera didnot back to me. I will mently suffering with this case. Please release my problem as soon as possible.

              I was purchased i ball bluetooth headset on 4th dec 2019, 2 month experience is very good, but after 2 months right side is not working properly, headset automatically shutdown n startup, i have purchased 1 more i ball headphone for my wife, she has also same issues. I think ur total lot are faulty, please check once. And suggest me where i am submit this devices.

                Hello, this is babita kumar from guwahati, assam, i am here to complaining about my iball hp camera, i gave my iball smart camera to your service centre, guwahati, paltan bazar, on 6th feb, 2020, due to facing some connecting problem, but it takes 1 month, i have not recieved any confirmation about my camera yet, if it is ready or not,. What kind of service is this? If your service centre gives us this kind of services, then why you open this service centres here? I am very disappointed with your services, let me know, is it ready or not, if not ready you have to do ready my camera within 2days, its urgent, otherwise, you will lose your customer permanantly.

                  I have given my laptop combook i ball 14.1"marvel 6" to inspirisys solution limited services center, i submitted nearly 3 month ago. Every time i tried to check with them. The rare moment when the service center actually pick up my call they said they haven't received part required for repairing. They asked me to contact the service center, so did i, more then 5 to 10 times. The center executive being unable to given any resolution...

                  Problem: display gone blank suddenly.
                  Went to services centre on 24.01.2020

                  Given tablet Breeze BJ purchased during March, 2019 The touch screen got damaged to authorized service at Baroda service centre on 3rd December 2019, is under warranty but till date17feb 20200 not repaired.
                  Written 7 Emails to company, no response.
                  Router was not working . Thier service center verified the issue and took back the router . And confirmed me to provide new router. its been 3 and 1/2 month .i have not received any router back.

                    I had ordered tablet (Elan 3×32) on 19th october and received it on 25th october 2019.
                    2. I gave the tablet mentioned to service center to get it repaired on 7th nov 2019
                    3. They could not repair it so they said they would provide me a replacement.
                    4. After about 5 weeks replacement product was received by service centre but was faulty as it could not be switched on.
                    5. Second replacement product came as a lower model of tablet of what i had actually ordered.
                    6. Due to this, service centre told me that i would get refund for my tablet as they could not repair it and to submit my bank details to the service center.
                    7. While waiting for refund, i bought another tablet.
                    8. After their specified time was over, i called them. Mostly their service centers did not receive
                    9. Once, they gave me contact no of iball personnel jagdeesh shetty. I talked to him on 16th jan, he said my refund would come by end of january
                    10. When i called him at the end of january, he said it would take 8-10 day more.
                    11. As most of iball contact services (Customer service and service center) seemed non responsive, i went to their site and contacted on the given number.
                    12. The person told me to mail my grievance on his mail id (Dattaprasad. [protected]@iball.co.in). So i mailed him on 10th february and i got a reply that "my product has been dispatched".
                    13. I responded by saying that i have not received any product.
                    14. I called iball personnel jagdish shetty on 14th february and then he refused to give me my refund and told i would get a replacement instead.
                    15. I let him talk to service centre in pune and he told me to call him on monday.
                    16. I called him on monday (17th february) to ask about my refund and he said iball will not provide me my refund but a replacement.
                    17. After having been assured of a complete refund, the company is now denying it citing company policy and thus the product to be replaced and not refunded.
                    18. After 3 months, i do not want any replacement of the product. I had been assured of a refund and now i intend to have a refund only, and not any sort of replacement.

Since i am experiencing a problem of charging / hanging of the tab i contact you over mail. As per advice, i handed over to your service center on 06/12/2019. Till date the product not yet returned in good working conditions. A series of mail including telephonic call to customer care gone in vain.

                            I am purchase my iball combook primio v3.0 date 20/10/2019 on flipkart.
                            My laptop lost display in 1 month. I gave my laptop on 02/01/2020 to the near service center, but the parts company is not yet able to arrange for my laptop. I called several times in costbar care but no solution was found.
                            And my laptop was not a physical damage, but the company described my laptop as fhysical damage.

                              Kisi kaaran was product me problem aane pr maine use service centre
                              Kamal computer me dikhaya.
                              To unhone bola ki is speaker ke badle company aapko yahi speaker naya degi.
                              Lekin 2 mahine ho gaye abhitak company mujhe mera speaker bapas nahi kiya. Uski jagah koi aur halki quawality ka speaker de rahi hai.
                              But. Maine unko bola mujhe mera speaker hi chahiye
                              To wo dene se mana kr rahen hain.

                                My iball tablet was given to repair at your service center in dec.
                                Complaint # [protected]c001

                                After 15 days, i have been told that parts are not available hence refund will be given.
                                I had submitted cancelled cheque and invoice for the same.

                                With that information i had purchased a new tablet.

                                After one month when i inquired about my refund, they are providing a replacement.

                                I do not want a replacement now since i already purchased a new tablet based on refund commitment from iball.

                                I want my refund at the earliest.

                                    I bought a laptop of iball aer 3 since 3 months. Becouse of some problem i sent back laptop to the customer care for replacement. More than three months have gone but company did not give me any notification about laptop. More than 3monthes have gone. They are also not picking up the phone 😡. My whole work was stop due to their bad service. So please help me.
