Dear Sir/Madam, I have bought iball Nano Ear Wear Ring Dock headset at Amazon on 9/5/2019. Found it to be defective and not clear, I deposited it at iball Service Centre 25/9/2019 they said they will replace it within 7 days. Till now I haven't got the ear piece back, the service centres franchise changed and iball customer service centre, iball service executives are acting irresponsibly, I even tried customer care call centre, but no help they said they resolve in 24hrs and call, but nothing. I even wrote a mail to customer service with all the necessary documents but no response after few mails. Now I am tired and it's since 5 months and I am with updates. Kindly help to resolve asap.
