[Resolved] iBall — tablet model iball-3g q451 faulty piece not replacing | |||||
Last year 29th April 2017, I purchased I Ball-3G Q451 from Tushar mobiles dehuroad pune, After two months of purchasing, I stared facing technical problem in the tab. When I approached dealer he simply addressed iBall customer care number and advised to go there. I went to iball customer care which is in Pimpri, they repaired the problem and gave to me. But my problem is not ended here. Since then, Device stared giving me trouble frequently, I approached customer care 3 times every time they repair temporarily. Now, I'm facing new problem with the tab. Tab is completely opened one side because of over heat. Please find the Pictures in attached documents. I want to replace this faulty piece with new one if not possible please return my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support May 03, 2018 iBall Customer Care's response Your Tablet 3G Q45i (IMEI Number- [protected]) is repaired and ready for delivery at our Pimpri service center. Kindly collect the same at the earliest.

Usb device does not recogniz problem. Junagadh service center denied to resolve. Rajkot service center is trying to solve.
