Hi, I had bought iBerry Auxus one on 8th December 2014 and got it Delivered on 1st of Jan 2015. My Device Serial Number is ON[protected] & IMEI Number is [protected]. My Screen display is broken, the issue they had given an advertisement saying that whatever we do on the screen it will not be broke, i haven't done anything on the device suddenly i got a crack on the phone. Without testing how these companies can give such wrong proof like this, I want the display to be replaced or else i want a new phone to compensate that. Please revert and do the needful. I have purchased Ibeery Auxus Nuclea N1 from Ebay and after some time my Mobiles Screen is brocken. After the problem i called Iberry Customer care and they told me for online support. But Parts is not available. & his price is very very high... mobile price is 12990/- or Display (with touch) price is 9000/- how is very costly... When I lodge complaint by ticket but my complain is not submitted online... otherwise on order statement detais..is not proper... in statement not issue date or not Product No... the collom is blanck... & Change of cell fone No.. by Digitel estore Kamraj..chennai..
what a Management & Service...?????

1) Display is not available on any proper place & in Company
2) Gorrila glass is Brocken after normal droped phone...!!!
3) Camera is not working proper...
So please provide me Service Centre in Gujarat State.. or please solv my problem..

I have faced the same issue with my Auxus One phone. As advertised the the phone was smashed with hammer and nothing happened looking at it, I went ahead and purchased it. The phone slipped from 1 feet and the screen cracked and the touch isn't working at all. I spoke to the customer service for a replacement of the display or atleast a discount as the price of the display is half the price of the phone the experience with the customer service was waste of my time. And the company does not even have the displays in stock. Such a useless company selling mobiles by cheating people. My iPhone which is cheaper than this phone worked even if the screen was totally cracked. Please look into this. I need a replacement.
Nothing happen even after complaint at consumer forum, Iberry is asking 9500 Rs. for Auxus one screen repair for a phone of Rs. 15000. This is a clear cut cheating & in our country people are making the public fool without any fear or tension. Jago Grahak Jago tried to help me but nothing happend. Tried to purchase spare LCD through maxbhi, but every time they cancel the order and move my money to their own ewallet, its also a cheater.com site.
Auxus is useless cheater company..The product is very very useles donot buy new products with the fame of advertising.. Shameful creatures making people fools

    I had purchased an iberry Auxus One at the end of December from eBay where it was being officially sold . Within a few days of receiving it the phone started having an unresponsive touch screen which resolved on its own within a week or two. In 2nd week of August i dropped the phone from my bed after which it did not turn on or charge. I placed a complaint ticket at the iberry support and gave my phone to its service center . After 3 to 4 days the phone was sent back to the service center and i went to collect it. I tried to check if everything was working fine or not but the phone had been completely drained of battery and there was not a single charger in the service center . Luckily i had a USB cable with me which i connected to their PC and test the phone . The phone showed it was charging but even after 10 minutes it's battery was too low to turn on . So, i came back and tried charging it through my charger. It didn't charge through mine or any one else's charger . I called the iberry support and complained about this to which i got the reply to update the firmware . How exactly am i supposed to do that if the phone isn't even turning on ? I sent the phone back to the service center and was told to wait 12 days at-least . I received no response from them even after 2 weeks so i messaged in the complaint ticket to update me on the status of my phone .After 3 days i was replied that my phone's motherboard was broken and it was still waiting for repair parts as the company was delaying the production of motherboards. They told me to wait 12 to 15 days for the repairs to which i patiently waited . Even after 2 weeks of waiting i got the response that the motherboard was not available. This is still the case as of 10th November 2015. I have been asking to be put in touch with their executives to which they again ask me to wait. I have been wandering without a phone for 4 months now and have become fed up of the service they provide . I haven't even received any response to my question asking if they are incapable of repairing my phone.

      Hi, Only iberry can run service center without spare for 6+ months for newly lounged product. PLZ PLZ PLZ dont buy any iberry product. Original Mobile Price Rs. 9, 990/-. Spare (Display) Price for the Same Phone Rs.5, 000/- I have waiting from last 3 Month for the Display to reach the service center. They told me today they want 2 more months. Plz Don't waste your money on iberry product.

        Hi, I Have purchased one iBerry Auxus Nuclea X on May 2013 for 13, 000 INR. After 2 months voice calls very getting only feeble voice so I have to use headsets for calls. I have contacted there customer care and got some instructions to change the volume in engineer mode but still it didn't work out well. After 6 months o[censored]sage batter got bulged and I have to replace the battery after buying from my pocket. Because service centre people told me that it might take minimum of 20-30 business days for a battery. After 1 year o[censored]sage the side volume button not working Now its having a new issue that charging port is having some loose connection. So I have to keep holding the port and cable together while charging. So please don't ever buy any phone from these guys. There servicing even worse than anyone.

        Auxus Nuclea N1 - Not working

        Frequently complained and sent twice to the Service Centre but done nothing. Most bogus company ever seen. They do not reply properly. I have approached Ahmedabad & Chennai Consumer Redressal Forum for the same.

          Dear sir, i had purchased ibery auxus Nuclea N2(2014 Flagship Phone of Iberry Comapany) with 19000 and aditional battery with 500 and a flip cover with 2000 the battery capacity which they stated 3500 mah was not even last 5 hours but still i have managed it but my fate i lost both the battery's startd swollen i thought they will burst off so i check there website from 2 months they simple says out of stock and This product is currently not available. please wait for 2 to three weeks since two months 2014 mobie phone not have a battey on 2015 what was the use to buy a 19 thousand mobile waste of my money and time please take the action on them . ref link : http://shop.iberry.asia/index.php?page=shop.product_details&category_id=30&flypa...

            I have the same kind of issue with Auxus Note 5.5.. I purchased the phone from eBay in Dec 2014, i worked good for 5 months and in May 2015, the mobile will show the logo and then it will restart.. i contacted the authorized service center in Salem, Tamilnadu.. they said the motherboard is fine, could be a battery or a firmware issue... i then contacted the support over the phone.. they said, they are sending a firmware to update.. i tried that and it didn't work and it was the same issue again...called the cx care again, they asked me to change the battery, i searched for the battery online to purchase one, but i was not able to find any online store, which sells the battery..saddest thing i searched for the battery in iBerry website and they also did not had the battery... i called the support again...they said they do not have the battery in stock, and will update us as soon as they get the stock...and i took nearly a month for them to send me a replace teh battery... i purchased the new battery and tried to use it in my phone...issue did not resolve.. i called the support again.. they asked me to send the phone to their service center in chennai...i did and now it's nearly a month and still i'm not getting an update.. when called they say they do not have the spare parts and they will update within the next 10-15 days...so pathetic support and service... I'm not sure when they are releasing any product if they do not have the spares properly...

              Hi All, This is Snehasish inform u that 10 months back i have purchase the Iberry Auxus Note 5.5. As per the term and condition they have to serve the warranty of the product . Now in that product the touch is not working and already inform to the care they raise the ticket. As per the solution they wants me to update the farewell but that is not working . Now i submitted the phone over the service center (Iberry). They call me on Monday (27/07/2015) and said that there is some damage on frame and send me the snapshot. After that on 29 July i have called and asked the details that it will serve under warranty or not they said that it will completely free as the product is in warranty and how many days required to complete the issue and they said that require 3-5 days. After that there is no update tomorrow (30 July). When today i called they said that u have change the display and touch and it will come under Rs 8000. They just cheat people and why this type of waste company is staying in India. Attached the screen shot for reference. Please check and take some necessary action against them.                 On[protected], I had given my Iberry Nuclea N2 mobile for repair because of some display problem which was in warranty period. After so many days with repeated calls, I opened a ticket on[protected], I got a reply saying that there is no stock of display hence the mobile will be replaced to me with upgraded model of Auxus Note 5.5.. I agreed for it… But again they are delaying saying that due to some manufacturing delay, they will be able to update on my replacement product (Auxus Note 5.5) within 15-20 working days… It’s almost 2 months and I still did not get any proper solution….. I told them I don’t have any alternate mobile to use as I have borrowed with my friend for temporary usage… Now my friend is demanding for returning his mobile to him… Iberry support also won’t even reply to the emails forwarded to them, if making a calls then I get answer stating it will take 24 to 48 hrs to reply an email and same answer will take 15-20 working days… I am fed up of buying this brand… I request to make this complaint highlighting to Iberry stating whether to return my replacement product (AUSUX Note 5.5) immediately orelse deliver me any alternate spare set for usage until I get my replacement product… Regards Manoj Kumar

                Still my issue is not yet solved... Its almost 2 and a half month I have given my mobile for a service center and as per the company requested me for 20 days more to resolve my complaint, there is no response from the company. I have faced many losses without my mobile and I don't have any mobile to use unless I buy a new one or get the replacement handset as per the company has to give me.. Please refer below the ticket raised by me for the company...

                Had given the mobile to Rajajinagar Service Centre on[protected], They told me the mobile is sent to Chennai Service Centre Raising a Job Batch number 3144... Till now my mobile is not repaired and handed over to me... I was told that there is no stock of display and will be replaced with pink colour panel... I dont want pink colour panel instead replace with alternate Iberry Auxus one.. I am not getting a proper conclusion whether the display will be replaced or the prefered mobile will be given to me... I told I will be called by executive and will give the conlusion, but still I haven't got any call.. I am dissapointed:(:(:(

                Its already 7th day confirming for the replacement of my mobile, I still did not get any status from your side... I had given my mobile to Bangalore service centre on[protected], It is already 1 month and 16 days completed, but still my issue is not yet solved... I have borrowed a spare handset with my friend to use temporarily, I have to return it once I get my confirmed mobile into my hand... I have experienced a very bad service from Iberry... I think I was fooled to buy such a costly mobile and it was repaired very soon and still now after confirmation for alternate mobile, There is no response from your side...

                15-20 days? Its better refund money back, I will buy some other Mobile, one or two days means it is a limit, you are asking for 15 to 20 days, that means no guarantee... Its better refund my money immediately, I cannot tolerate more, its already 1 and a half month handing my mobile to you... No other companies make their customers to wait like this... I am sick about your service...

                I repeat give me my money back to me, I have already returned your mobile back, I will return the charger as well to you... Give my money... I dont want to wait for such a long days...

                Why dont you add concern about your customers? 20 days is more, There is a daily Shares Transaction I have to do with my mobile, Already due to 1 and a half month I have faced loss without seeing updates from my mobile, Does the company pay me for the losses? I already told you that I am using a spare handset with my friend, I have to return him... What should I do now? I dont have any other mobile to use?

                I have filed a complaint in consumer board about your service...

                I am telling you I dont have any alternate mobile to use as of now... For using a mobile I have to buy a new one or should I wait for your time???

                Because of your fault, send me a alternate spare mobile to use until you return my replacement product... I dont want any excuse for sending me a alternate spare mobile...

                As per your Request for 20 days, it is ended for today and still I did not get confirm about when will I receive my mobile... you people are replying so aloofly, Its a shame on the company to organise a business without solving a customer issues...

                I have decided within 2 days if I did not get my mobile then I am rising a complaint in consumer court... You have to pay all the losses for which I have faced untill now...

                  Hi, I purchased Auxus Note 5.5 Mobile for 14000rs and not even it did not work for 1 month atleast. Please resolve all the issues with this mobile as early as possible, If not Either refund the money or replace with the new product. I have paid so much money to purchase this product and i am getting worst response from customer support. If My issue is not resolved I will place this issue in Consumer court and At all the places i will give negative feedback. I am ready to do any thing for this. I will not recommend to purchase any product of Iberry to any one. Dont make the issue big. Mobile purchased through Ebay Website and those worst people telling there is no replacement for the product Auxus Note 5.5 Mobile on the day 1 it self. Please dont purchase any product from Ebay and Auxus Products. I am having 1 year warranty and that warranty also not completed and I had the issue on day 1 itself.

                    I have purchased one Auxus Aura A1 mobile phone sl no A[protected], purchased through ebay vide ref 18142 dt.05.01.2015. Within 2 weeks from the date of purchase, the charger did not work and ebay had given a coupon code for compensation for the charger. Again, on 14/05/2015, the phone suddenly shut down. I tried to restart / recharge the phone, but couldn't do it. The entire screen is black with no response. Also, the phone was quite hot. Vide Ticket 760170 dt.15.05.2015, I requested to iberry axus support to arrange service within warranty or replace the phone. They have replied to approach their service dealer vide : http://iberry.asia/firmware/Aura-A1/Auxus-Aura-A1-Firmware-141016.zip. Based on that, I visited VIJEEX SYSTEMS, 25C, Jeevarathinam Maaligai, Vellore, 632004 on 18.05.15 and the service centre has checked & confirmed that the instrument (phone) is not in usable condition and also informed that they are no more authorized service centre for Auxus. Subsequently, I took up with iberry who in turn irresponsibly replied as below "If you would like to analyse the product in our Chennai Service Center, kindly send it to the above mentioned address and they informed they would not be able to claim the insurance against any damage from the courier service if the product received with improper packaging ." kindly arrange to collect the damaged after sending fresh or retuning the amount.

I just want to summarize the overall before you can go through full history #.This iBerry AUXUX One is a WORST phone because - Battery is not 3200mAh - if you are browsing on 3G or WIFI - battery life is less than 70 min. - SIM2 DONT WORK yet all (though you upgrade the firmware) - Worst Customer care support. NO Escalation or Supervisors available to escalate the issue Full details of the issues: I purchased the product on 21st Dec & it got delivered on 14th Jan. (as promised) After couple of days i noticed that SIM2 is not working with any SIM (Vodafone & Airtel). Then i reported this to eBay seller & i after few days i was told to launch a complaint with iBerry Support in http://support.iberry.asia I did the same on 19th Jan and then started providing evidences. After so much of followup, finally they provided new firmware and upgraded. But still problem not resolved. Then requested me to post this to their Collection Center in Chennai. Meanwhile i found that Battery is only 1000mAh and i provided evidences for the same thorough 3rd party Apps. Also some times battery getting dropped from 50% to 5% all of a sudden. I sent the product on 5th Jan & received on 9th Jan. Then i started followup about by when they can confirm me back on the status... Even today 23rd Jan, still they say they have not confirmed any status on the same. I called up today and checked what's happening on my product. It is a GREAT SURPRISE for me to listen back from them that "MY PHONE IS PERFECTLY FINE & THERE IS NO ISSUE YET ALL"... I was shocked to listen to this and unable to talk for couple of minutes... I am unable to answer to myself on what i have been providing as evidences all these days & talking to customer care about getting my phone issue resolved. They are asking me to confirm back over phone so that they can send back the device... I dont know what to i should say to these WORST customer care team who dont even want to see what is the issue reported & how they should confirm back to customer on resolution from Tech team. I asked for their Supervisor / Manager to talk about my issue. But they confirmed there is no such people around all the time and they have their own internal rules. I asked for arranging a call back from any of their superiors, but it was confirmed that they cannot as they have some strict policies around not to call back any customers. Few point to remember for this iBerry Phones: 1. If you notice these iBerry devices SOLD only through eBay. Not through any other centers, because there is no direct way of Customer can contact the seller other than phone & email... Which gives them flexibility of escaping from customer issue. 2. Customer care center is in Chennai & i tried going to their Office. But it was not allowed any customer to visit & it is a restricted center. 3. Other than contacting on Customer care number there is no Management people contacts available because of these fraud against customer complaints is very easy to escape and we cannot make anyone accountable for the same. 4. Worst support system as they take 20 days only to check the product and update against only customer follow-up. There is no Escalation or Floor Supervisor or Manager on Customer escalations Keeping all these things in mind, please be careful before you deal with any of iBerry phones... May be like me so many other buyers might have been cheated with this company on Service & Support. Please be careful before choosing Companies like this who NEVER STAND ON THEIR PROMISE. Of Rs.16990/- Paid in cash paisapay id [protected] through credit card on 11/05/2114 of HDFC bank The above said good carried a one year manufacturing warranty valid up to 10/05/2015 The said good has following problem 1) Battery runs downs immediately and stand for 2/3 hours 2) Tablet switch off automatically I Was been communicated to iberry company (ticket no. 474642) I have deposited my tablet Local service centre JAI GURUDEV MALL at bapunagar at AHMEDABAD on 12/11/2014 WORKORDER NO. RVSRN1411JGM000175. Above service centre Has sent my tablet at DELHI service centre (R V SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.) From last one month i make contect with iberry customer care executive 2/3 days In a week but not satisfied answer given to me TILL date i have not recieved my Tablet . I want to back my tablet as early as possible

                          I have booked a mobile Auxus Aura A1 on 18.10.2014 thru' Ebay and the payment was done thru Paisa Pay. I am furnishing my purchase details: Paisa Pay ID : [protected] Item : Auxus Aura A1 Booked on 18.10.2014 I have tried contacting all the customer care numbers of ebay, iberry & digital eStore, Chennai (Local Seller) but i have not received positive feed back from any of the above. A refund has also been initiated with Ebay on 04.11.2014, but that refund activity has also been put on hold without any reason. I request the concerned person to register this complaint and take suitable action immediately since my payment has been debited 20 days back.                             Sir, i submitted my phone to the local service center of iberry on 19th april 2014 because of screen damage and i havent got my phone back since then.The always say that we dont have display right now, its in manufacturing but they never give confirmation or the confirmed date. I have suffered a lot because of their poor service delivery.Neither they are returning me the money nor providing me the new phone. Please look into this issue and take some necessary action. When i call them they says my product handled by technical team need 2 days or 5 days to update me.                                 I have purchased this purchased this model(Auxus Xenea X1) through online, after two months i faced some issues in this model and after four months touch not worked and display also problem. So that i have submit the mobile phone in the warranty to the service centre i gave to service on august 23rd 2014 still i didnt get the mobile back. Very worst make.

                                  I have purchased iberry mobile in 08 July 2014 received to my hand on 25 july 2014 through ebay Through dizital_store. Which started having issues day by day. When i contacted eaby they given dizital_store numbers. but the seller asked me to contact the iberry customer support. iberry customer support used to send mails with the steps even that doesnt work fine. they given the customer service centre numbers even after doing the services i got an issues. Still the services is going on this is around 3 months after purchasing, i coundnt have proper mobiles now after spending 20000 for that mobile. Please dont buy mobiles with the unbranded companies like iberry... Thanks Ramesh

                                    Hi, I have purchase Auxus Linea L1 mobile from Ebay shop & I have received the same on 04/07/2014, but from day 1 I have facing problem with Handset, I have never user this phone more than 2 min because of display issue, first i have register claim to Ebay but they have not taken responsibility they suggest to go on Service center then I have raised the Ticket on Iberry Website (Ticket # 206961) on 16/07/2014, Iberry Customer executive suggested to submit the handset to his service center, I have submitted Handset to his Thane (Maharashtra) service center, they have taken 1 month for Diagnosis the problem then they have send handset to his Delhi service center but at delhi service center problem not been resolved, because of board issue they have send the product to his Chennai main service center & Promise me the problem will be resolved with in 3 to 5 working days, but 8 days has been gone they not reverted the status & not reverted on my mail also, I am really disappointed with his service & support, from last 2 month I am just following with his service center & customer center but problem still not resolved, Because of Manufacturing defect Now I am asking for Replacement or Refund but no response from Iberry.                                       I have purchased "Auxus Xenea X1" on Feb-2014 from ebay & since then this cell phone is having 100's issues.Mostely this phone is generally lying to either local repare center or at there main Head office at chennai 2 times.
                                      I have called to IBERRY Customer Care no [protected] Thousands times & these
                                      peoples are not addressing my issue. I have also requested them to connect
                                      me to any senior person but they refused directly. They told me "there is
                                      no any senior".

                                      Still this unit is lying along with them since last 20 days & still there is no hope to rectify the issues.I ask to replace this unit or provide me any alternate cell but they are
                                      Refusing it .I become totally fade up, feel that these people have cheated
                                      me, Kindly guide me how can I file one consumer complaint against these people as they have provided my an faulty product.

                                      Still there is no update about my complaint, this unit is lying along with them since last 50 days & still there
                                      is no hope to rectify the issues.
                                      It seems that company run away from India, I have filed complaint in consumer court of INDIA ant Bangalore cell. After almost 18 month of hearing, court has given order is in my favor :-
                                      1- Refund the value of mobile.
                                      2- Court hearing expenditure.
                                      3- Interest over the cost of mobile with a rate of 18%.

                                      In fact it seems to be like a peanut for me but company is not responding over any kind of court notice. Now I have to file asset cease request in consumer court again.

                                        Hi, I purchased new IBerry Auxus Nuclea N1 mobile from EBay India web site. The seller was diggital_estore located in Chennai. While received that product that seller send defective product to me, i request to eBay site to replace, but they said that phone was under Warranty you send to service center. I argue them i received defective phone so please replace this, but they not do. Also i request to eBay seller but they also said same answer. So I contact to Iberry service center after 1 month i get new replacement for this phone. After 4 months, that handset has a problem called camera, wifi and tethering not working. So again i register complaint to iBerry support portal. After many mails i send to them they accepted to send that phone to Chennai service center on 21.08.2014, after service that phone they send to me on 06.09.14 and i shocked while i receive because they not cleared my problems i said to them. Again i contacted to them on 08.09.2014, but till now there is no reply from them. I requested to them to arrange for replacement phone for this defective phone. But they not answer my quriey till now.                                         If any company avoiding to repair or refused to replace the warranty period & you have a bill /cash memo than you can file a case for replacement or refund money in your District Consumers Right Protection court, if they are not responding & you feel that you are cheated you can file FIR at your Police station or file Criminal Complaint against iberry company & against seller..you can file a civil suit for full refund with compensation also in the court.send them notice for prosecution.
