Dear,
The day I got this mobile, its rear/main speaker and camera malfunctioned. I raised complaint with ebay.in. After a week they replied that I should contact the company as they do not cover the warranty of electronic products. Iberry people advised me to sent the item to local service centre at Lucknow. There they kept mobile for twelve days and then they send it to Delhi service centre. After nearly one and half month they send it back. Adding to my agony mobile was dead. Again I approached local service centre and they resend it to Delhi service centre. Since then no information on the item. Few days back I called the customer care of company, where I got replied that product is in service at Chennai, I have to wait for another 10-15 days. Now its nearly four months since I started to be tortoured like such. Not a singe day I utilized the item in full. From the begining I am asking for the refund/replacement, but they are not ready for this. What there warranty stands for? if I am not able to use it in a single moment of last four months.Now, kindly help me to get my refund at the earliest. And I request you people to make others aware of such type torture in terms of financial and mental to others.

    I purchased a tab Auxus core X 8 manufactured by Iberry Asia through on line shopping. After about 3 months the charging of the tab was poor and raised a complaint ticket on and till this date ie., 2nd Nov. 2014 they took my tab and NOT YET RETURNED

I was facing problem in restarting the phone and got it submit to the Ludhiana Service Centre of the said Company on 1st August, 2014 and on 13/08 Ludhiana Service Centre people told me that the spare part is not available with the company and i have been asked to contact the company for the same. After contacting the company they are also not providing me the satisfactory response about the same. I am requesting the company either to repair the same or refund my payment and keep the Mobile Phone with them. My Job sheet no. is RVSRN1408ATZ00010.         Hi, I bought a new iberry company Auxus Linea L1 mobile through ebay.in. First day onwards i have issue with my new mobile. Voice is not clear and battery is drained very quickly and some applications are not installed touch has been hanged. I have raised this issue to iberry site and they suggested to go with Firmware up gradation and given the instruction to upgrade the same. I have download the firmware software from iberry website and upgrade the same. But issue was not resolved. As per iberry suggestion I have handed over my mobile phone to iberry authorised dealer Microsys company in Chennai 18 days back. I got a mail from iberry your mobile issue has been fixed. I replied to iberry plz send my product via courier and sent my residential address. But still i'm not received my product. If i contact with iberry toll free number they said check with Microsys, if i checked with Microsys they said plz check with iberry company. Both are not update my mobile status. All the iberry items are Buggy versions. My iberry Ticket Number is "415835"

        Iberry products are all chinese product.all they do is change the logo brand name & edit build.prop add the name auxus.seriously iberry is fooling indian consumers.auxus linea l1 is called Star W800 in china market

          Good Morning, This is Arun, I heard about ur website regarding u people are doing such a gud work like help our kinda helpless and unsatisfied customers...please try to help me also as u helped thousand others.i m having a issue regarding the company iberry( mobile auxus nuclea n1).this phone i had purchased online from flipkart on 22 jan 2014. this phone was working good untill april. after this it started giving cam problem ...i visited to thier authorized service centre in madgaon, goa. on 9 april 2014. they people assured in 15 days your problem willl get resoved ..bt it doesnt.on 26 april they gave me back my mobile in the same condition..then waiting alot again i given my phone on 29 may 2014 with latest work order RVSRN1405MCG00041. Till today i did nt get any update on my phone .they even not picking up my calls also ..pls help me sir thank you

            I have purchased Ibeery Auxus Nuclea X from Ebay and gone to my native village for 15 day. when I come back to Mumbai I found that Mobile is Defective from Factory. After that I called Iberry Customer care and they told me for online support. But When I lodge complaint on 10 June what non sense reply I am getting from Ms PRIYA the Servant of Iberry India. Details on problem is mentioned as under :

            I understand that Iberry Auxus is 3rd Class Product and same has no customer satisfaction motto. Even Seller is not interested to listen Genuine Problem hence his sale has been stopped.

            TODAY I GOT CALL FROM EBAY SAYING THAT THEY CAN'T REPLACE THEN WHY THEY ARE GUARANTEE FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.

            MY FRIENDS DO NOT BUY COSTLY PRODUCT FROM EBAY BEACUSE THESE ARE FRAUD COMPANY MAKING MONEY BY SELLING DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

            EVEN THEY ARE SELLING ILLEGEL PRODUCT ON THEIR WEB SITE AND NO ONE ENTERTAIN BECAUSE EVERYONE IS GETTING BENEFIT FROM THE MONEY OF COMMON MAN.
            ya even i faced the same problem with ebay and iberry product . the phone note 5.5 i berry is horrible and defective. and the ebay executivess are so pathetic and arrogant in their reply. i feel ebay is loosing its credentials by behaving in this weared manner

            ebay told its covers under manufacture warantty so claim closed
            I have purchased the Auxus Nuclea X mobile and since then I am facing lots of issue with the phone. Later on the camera was not working properly so I sent mobile to service center. It is more than 4 month now. The ticket number is 773205. They come up with the same reply “your product is pending for the Auxus Nuclea X back camera in our chennai service center and we are expecting the same by next week” every time when I tried to reach/call them. I don’t want that mobile back now. never ever buy any iberry product.

              I got the AUXUS NUCLEA N1 phone delivered by iBerry on August 7th 2013. I paid 17000/- for this phone.They shipped a defected phone and since the same day i started having issues with the phone. I raised a support request with them the same day (August 7th). They said that they would exchange the phone free of cost to me. Its Nov 7th today and i got a call from them saying that they cannot send a fresh piece, they would repair the same phone (under paid services- for which il have to pay) and then resend the same piece. The cellphone had 1) Heating Issue (30secs and it heats up) 2) It corrupted Micro SD 8GB class 6 card. 3) Unable to read micro SD. 4) Screen was elevated from the hearing end (which caused bruises on my ear). Please help. iberry has the phone with them currently thats why i cannot send you the photo. However i hav the iberry support ticket number : 186651. It has the entire conversation proof.                 Dear all,

                i have purchased iberry auxus core x2 3g tablet pc at 18th january 2013
                when i got this tablet pc while using its having lots of issues.
                also i contact to support team via phone call and support ticket. initial period they are replied but now a days they didn't reply.

                reason is i have requested for refund, i will tell you clear about tablet pc issues and i have phased problem about support & service.

                Auxus Core x2 3g Tablet pc Problem Issues :-

                1) Rear Camer not working its very slow like 5 second delay for tacking picture, very poor quality of images and shaking all images.

                2) 2g Postpaid sim cards not working. its working some areas like Chennai, and some cities. in my area krishnagiri dharmapuri not working postpaid sim only working prepaid sim.

                3) wifi bandwidth very very worst. i have using TP-link wifi router its bandwidth range capacity more then 100 feet.
                my laptop and mobiles are connected more then 80 feet working fine but this tablet pc doesn't connect more then 15 feet. its connected with in room only. they said ita working in my modem also more then 50 feet. but in my modem not connected also i check another one modem same issue.

                4) Battery back up too bad also tablet pc will heating while using more then 10 or 15 min its heat more then laptop. how can we use it like this heat issue.

                5) Bluetooth 4 technology but not good this tablet.

                6) after company service its Hanging...

                just 1 day using this tablet pc performance like dualcore 1.6 good, IPS display good, 1 Gb ram good.

                i have raised ticket they also replied after some days i will send service to iberry india service center chennai main officee.
                they are tested they said no issues again i requested retest tablet pc again said no issues then they will shipped to my address.
                after getting this tablet pc all the issues will continue as same also one more issue raised newly like hanging still now more then 10 times its hanging again i contact support team they said same things no issues isr its good you can set factory reset it will work fine.but i had lots of times factory reset but all issues are continue then we will request then i want refund or replacement. but they are didn't responds. please help me...

                you can take sever action for this tablet pc model.

                its price is Rs:10990 arround 11000 rupees but its not worth able...

                kindly i request you don't buy this tablet pc...

                Iberry India — Item not dispatched / delivered even after assured date.

                I purchased an Iberry Auxus Nuclea 2 phone on pre-booking page of Iberry asia site on 6th March 2014. The delivery period given on prebooking page was 20-22 days. It has been more than 27 days and no dispatch / delivery has taken place. I think the company is a cheat. Order No is 13971. 6th March 2014

                  I bought an iberry auxus ax03g (serial number AX[protected] last year in BANGALORE. The battery is problematic and the tablet is unoperational now.
                  The battery has "swelled so much" as a result it has cracked open the tablet cover itself. Looks like battery is going to explode.

                  This is still under "onsite warranty". So I opened service ticket Ticket #805249 with iberry.
                  The iberry says that the Tablet PC it is "physical damage" so it will not comes under the warranty,but they will take theTablet PC under the paid service. And I need to bear the cost of sending the tablet to their service center in CHENNAI.

                  Why paid service ?? The tablet is still under "onsite warranty".
                  What physical damaged ? When the battery "swelled" and cracked open the tablet IT IS 100% PRODUCT FAULTY !!!!

                    I have bought iberry auxus AX01.within one week display is not working well & automatically off & sometimes hanged. so i am not satisfied with this product. they will not give the refund. really it's a worst quality company but they advertise & make positive feedback about there product in their website to attract the consumer. but they are fraud & they can"t able to satisfy the consumer. They produce a worst quality products. "SO PLEASE ANYBODY DONT BUY THIS COMPANY PRODUCT ANYWHERE & INFORM TO YOUR FRIENDS FOR AWARENESS" IBERRY IS VERY POOR... I AM HURT WELL BY THIS COMPANY.

                      It is very paiful to describe..in first attempt (Booked on 4th June 2012-EBAY) i received the faulty tablet, on hue and cry i received a replacement, that was also not working...again hue and cry again fixed the same tablet (All i had to pack and sent back the tab to chennai-packaging expenses borne by me...picked by the iberry) still the tablet dosent work on internet. Its really very paiful. please dont buy the product.
                      I purchased iberry AX03G from e-bay on[protected] and received it on[protected]. Though the tablet description stated support of 2G & 3G sim and phone support the tablet failed to detect any network. As the seller refused to give the refund I raised a claim on[protected] and as no response came from e-bay or from the seller and from e-bay I enforced the claim on[protected]. One month is passed and still no response from e-bay or from seller. I tried to rectify my issues by taking the tablet to the manufacturer as per the address provided in their site. However the address turns out to be only of a dealer and he made it very clear that he don't have any relation with the manufacturer.
                      THE SELLER IS NOT HAVING AN ADDRESS, THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT HAVING AN ADDRESS, E-BAY IS SLEEPING and not responding. If I try to call e-bay even after holding line for half an hour not even picking up the call.
                      I cant believe that I paid Rs. 10000 to e-bay for all these.

                      i have same problem with ebay and iberry . they are cheating us.
                      After continuous follow up and complaining through various on-line channels I had received my money back from e-bay after 84 days after me returning the product back to the seller on the same day after receipt of the sellers address from e-bay. Could have been better if e-bay customer service team could have acted in a customer friendly manner rather than putting me to mental agony for three months.
