[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — account fraud - misuse of mobile number

Hi, today 27/8/2019 i have noticed that using my mobile number ([protected]) and a fake email id [protected]@dummymobemail.com an account has been created with goibibo. And a booking has been made and cancelled. Goibibo customer service could not be contacted, and i fear that by opening the account i'm now in risk of losing my confidential by the user of that fraudulent email account holder and i need goibibo to take immediate action and delete my account which has been created without my concern. Hello,
I booked two tickets from KTM to Delhi on 22 april and booking date 22 march. As per Jet airlines my both ticket was canceled by jet airlines. I am complaining goibibo and Jet both online.
Still now no any refund comes to me. Now goibibo stop reply of my mail .
Kindly take necessary action on this regards.

An amount of Rs.1278.00 has been charged to my credit card on 18th August 2019 which has been brought to light during a tax audit. The payment has been made to IBIBO Web Pvt Ltd, Banglore. No purchases have been made. This is a fradulent transaction
