We booked a room at hotel solitair nagpur (Maha.) from 22 aug. To 24 aug with terrif rs.2186/-. Goibibo booking id - htll7sb9sg. Hotel booking id -[protected]. Hotel refuge to give me room on this terrif and demanded rs.3000/-for 2 night stay. For avoiding inconvenience to my family i paid rs.3000/-for room. This is clear cut case of cheating with customer by hotel and oyo. Please look into the matter immediately and short out such problems. Please provide refund to me additional money taken by me.     This is in reference to goibibo booking id htlu4m8fcl. Hotel booking id [protected], advance receipt no hdar[protected]. Which was booked on 6th july 2019 time 10:56pm. Deducted inr rs 668.00 for hotel room at oyo 19934 hotel golden arch vijayanagar, bangalore. I was reached hotel to check in at 11:30pm at that time i came to know fake booking. Hotel staff told us that there is no such booking here and all rooms are sold out. I have movie shoot in the morning so i need to sleep properly to face camera. Around 11:40pm i gave call to customer care they told they will resolve in 10min and wil call back. But no response after that. I was repeted 6 times. It was a like mental torcher to me.
    I was on street till 3:00pm. I didnt find any solution and my health also got upset. Suffering from cold, headace and also feverish. I was with laggage on road with no security. Even i felt tourcher with dranken people on road. Please give me justice and punish the concern company and team. Now i cant attend my shooting in the morning due to misguide and false promise ans statement from goibibo team finally they arranged another property to stay in the morning at 6am. And told to me the stay is for 24 hrs and they will make repayment of rs 1336.00 for the issue. But i got only 4hrs stay and hotel management told at 12pm ur stay is closed and goibio team made auto checkout. Again i faced the problem and also my repayment also not done. And i lost my earning nearly inr rs 100000 for my movie project. Kindly revert back with justice.

    As discussed with you, hotelier offered to guest and told him that alternate is far if he can go there and stay but guest said he cannot go so told him to take walk in check in, but guest refused and so called oyo sutendra(GEM) he shifted the booking to capitol o 28398 maysoor gate guest was agreed but he said he is in loss so told guest if you are not comfortable we can refund your full amount but guest denied for same also and stayed to alternate property.

    Shared resolution with guest alternate property provided to guest on same day which was accepted by guest.any other compensation denied from our side.

      During the official trip i was supposed to stay in suite at hotel lrc zirakpur banur highway.

      Reached hotel at around 4pm and was denied check-in by hotel authorities. I called goibibo standing at reception however, executive from goibibo "sunny" said that he has to follow process and can't switch me over to another hotel. He said process would take 35 minutes to resolve however, till date those 35 minutes are not over. On top of it ibibo sends me invoice for this stay, asks me for review. I mean this website is literally crazy and full o[censored]ntrained staff.

      Today sakshi from support team calls me and apologizes for situation. I ask her to provide email address so that i can write a complaint but she refuses to provide email address saying that "upar se order hai nai dene ka email address"

      All these calls have been recorded and i have posted reviews as well.

      Sensible people: don't ever dare to use this pathetic website goibibo because i[censored] face issue there won't be anyone to resolve this matter. Would suggest specifically to frequent travellers, family, couples and corporates. These guys won't come to help u out.

      Their customer service is pathetic, poor and more of all not customer friendly.

I want compensation of my prepaid booking and the mental and physical torture i had to bear because of goibibo.

            I have booked for international flight ticket and received hotel voucher code..

            Issues
            1. There was procedural lapse in booking..
            2. I could not use hotel voucher since the code was not working
            3. Slow or even worst response.. Hotel coupon voucher clarity is not received even till date..

              As per the payment I made to goibibo on May 25th through online transaction of Rs.6107, I had received a mail confirming the stay from 5th June to 9th June with Booking id- HTL6B553L9 in Hotel safa INN, trivandrum...On my arrival I was informed no booking was done in my name and goibibo is replaced and oyo has taken over the hotel and I tried contacting the goibibo but in vain. Mails were not replied..

                  Hello sir i want to inform you that i booked 2 rooms (Booking id - htl8xwwvxv) in a hotel (Oyo 19995 hotel grand heritage) via goibibo for 4 person (For my father, mother, sister and my sister's husband) for 2 days (From 20nd - 22nd august). My family traveled all their way from odisha to mumbai and reached the hotel in between 12-12:30pm and to their surprise their check-in was denied as hotelier said that goibibo don't pay them for any booking so they will not allot the room in any condition.

                  So we called goibibo customer care many a times to provide us with the solution as check-in has been denied but they were not helping us and after every call they were asking for some more time and their customer care executive was repeating the same lines that we have forwarded the issue to the concern department and they will call you back with a solution within half an hour... You will be amazed to know after 2 hours and after complaining for several times also there was no call back from their side.

                  In the meantime the hotelier started quarreling with my parents and they all get terrified as they were out of their hometown, the hotelier started getting rude and said don't wait on my reception and make it crowded you go outside and stand and also started misbehaving (And spoke a whole lot of things).

                  So i again spoke to goibibo regarding the situation and safety of my family and hotelier behavior but they were not helping and was repeating the same lines that concerned department is working on the solution and will inform you, which made me frustrated as my family was in trouble so the discussion got heated up and i started misbehaving but i regain my cool and just asked the goibibo executive to talk to the hotelier and ask him to allow my family to wait in the reception but they didn't do that also.

                  In between 2-4pm i called goibibo many a times and tried to explain them how we have been travelling from last 24 hours and we need a room to take rest and get fresh, take our lunch and proceed to work and also asked them if they can't help me its fine but at least refund me for my booking made through them so i can take a room of my own but they didn't agreed to that point also... So now it's between 04-04:30pm we had no other option as we were already short of time (As were in a business cum holiday trip) and we were helpless, we once again entered the hotel as we had no other option and we asked for the same 2 room for 2 days the hotelier asked for rs 14000 for the same which i booked for rs 6809 via goibibo. We requested him and tried to convince him but he was not in a mood to negotiate as he knew we were helpless, so finally we took a room instead of two (Harming our privacy) for which we paid 6000 as we were not capable of paying of rs 14000 and we were already out of time and energy to search and book a room in any other hotel.

                  I just want to say our whole trip got wasted for goibibo as we checked in around 5'0 clock instead of 12 and till the time we took our bath and got ready it was already 7pm as we had only one bathroom and we all got ready in one room so to respect each other’s privacy we sometime need to come and stand outside of the room (It wouldn't have been the same if we would have got two rooms). So we were not able to do our business purchasing or anything as our mind was filled with tension and fear and also we were left with no time as you wasted our day 1 (Means 50% time of the trip) and we were left with day 2 only and that too with privacy disturbed. Now we are back and no purpose has been solved and we need to go mumbai again for business purpose.

                  One more thing i got a call from goibibo executive at 6:17pm (After 6 hours of complain which is very unfair from their part) that we are unable to help you and we will refund your money for the same but what's the use if this was the solution which they wanted to provide they would have been accepted my offer for cancellation at that very moment only so we would have saved some time. If really they wanted to provide the solution they would have booked 2 rooms of same or higher category in any hotel nearby from their side and would have arranged the pick-up rather giving lame excuses for 4 hours.

                  So as it was a very big mistake from goibibo side for not helping their customers and not providing any genuine solution. I want a refund for whole trip (As our purpose didn't got solved and we will be going to mumbai once again), time wasting charges (Our two days got wasted maybe you could have saved by saving our day 1), mental harassment charges (As my mother sister rather say all four were tensed due to rough behavior of hotel staff), safety charges (As they were not safe standing outside the hotel) and many more the list goes on and to bring into your notice my mental harassment dealing with customer care of goibibo for hours and now wasting time from past 2 hours for filing this complaint. So goibibo is liable for all this and need to pay for all as they can learn a lesson and in future they won’t repeat with any other customer. If no solution will be provided by goibibo i will take the help of social media and news media which listens to general public.

                  Please look upon this matter and provide with me with a perfect solution. To understand the case in detail i am attaching the screenshot of the booking, call recordings of the calls made to goibibo (How carelessly they dealt with the matter) and the bill of the room in which we stayed. Thank you.

                  The goibibo didn't call or emailed me to provide a solution or accept the apology.. they just provided me some gocash+ to cover their mistake, after this i think they operate with motto that money can buy anything.

                    At 1.05 pm pnr i5fvny of spice jet sg 739 according to these i reached ahmedabad at 3.20 pm when i go to airport
                    Airline person says there is no direct flight from srinagar to ahmedabad so tehy gave alternate ticket for next day at 12.10 pm via delhi that is i am reaching ahmedabad at 9.0 pm
                    Total loss of time : 27 hours also i expense for one another staying days
                    Totally very high mental harassment to me though they do not rewart me and not refund any money

                      Hi Team,

                      I m writing to you regarding the Indigo flight booking made under PNR GKMWVN. The booking was made for IXE to TIR on 21st Sept and also return journey of TIR to IXE on 23rd Sept.
                      Due to some reasons, Indigo rescheduled my onward journey (IXE - TIR) on 21st Sept to another timeline not suitable for me. Hence they provided a free cancellation option for the same.
                      i cancelled the flights on 21st Sept and it amounted to a refund money of 16805. However the same has been processed with goibibo as per the indigo communication.
                      There has been no communication from goibibo on the same. I request you to kindly process the refund amount and credit it back.

                      Plz note here that the return journey i.e. on 23rd Sept is still valid and only onward journey is cancelled.

                      Issue is resolved and refund was credited to my account. Steps followed were - cancelled the flight booked from goibibo app with a note that i wish to get refund for onward journey . - goibibo customer care executive called to confirm on the cancelation. I explained him the issue and he ensured that they will look into the matter. - Next day, I received another call from Goibibo team briefing me the process. they said that since the PNR includes onward and return journey, canceling it will also cancel my return journey. As i wanted the return journey to be valid, i requested them to cancel only the onward journey. He did the same but with a assurance that refund can only be initiated once i travel on my return journey. I had to raise a ticket for refund after my return journey. The same was processed and i got my refund amount today. Thank you Goibibo team for the support. Can rely on you folks for the booking. However request you to make your app a little more robust. There are no proper guidances on how to obtain refund when flights r canceled by airlines/ when we cancel flights direct from airline website.

                        I have booked hotel (Id: htl3cw6gff) for my son on august 5th 2019 to stay in maplewood guest house deluxe in new delhi. When he reached the hotel on the date of stay (21st august), they say they will not entertain bookings made through goibibo. When we tried to reach goibibo customer care, there was no response.

                        Since then we called several times to the support and we are not getting any positive response. We need to get the original amount paid for booking and the excess paid for the room because of on the spot payment.

                        What about the excess paid for the room because of on the spot payment?
                        What about the extra money we ended paying because of the last minute cancellation and re-booking? We paid double the amount because of this. That needs to be paid too.

                          Hi,
                          I tried to book a flight from Hyderabad to Pune and chose net banking to make the payment. The payment was done but found some error On Goibibo page and the booking couldn’t be completed. The IVR has options related only to bookings and there’s no email id on the app whereas the chat service is useless.

                            Booking id sea[protected] my ticket is refundable and goibibo said ticket is non refundable after that i have spoken with the airline directly (Having with representative (Aasma) conferenced in the same call and she heard the airline people saying that the ticket is refundable), post which she said that she will escalate the matter to her seniors i spoke with your floor manager (Manish) and had him hear the call recording of the above mentioned call and he said that he will get back to me within an hour and it's been more than 12 hours no one has bothered to respond. And i am calling since 19/08/19 17:00 more than 40 times every time goibibo representative saying we wait for reply from airline i don't know what's going on please help me resolve this

                            I booked a bus ticket from Amritsar to Delhi on 21 Aug 2018 (1 year back) for booking id RBN93DM644H for four people, but I cancelled the ticket, still now I did't get the refund amount and I have complained this thing many times but I did't get the proper response

                              I've been using goibibo since many years, but now i realize they are fooling customers an eating our hard earned money. I had cancelled one ticket which i booked through goibibo and during cancellation goibibo clearly given the breakup of refund and after few days when i follow-up on refund, they are claiming the ticket is not cancelled. True case of customer cheating and unprofessional service

                                I had booked ticket from kolkata to bali on 18/08/2019 at around 10:00am. All the payment was done which was reflecting on the goibibo application at the time of booking. However, the booking was not confirmed, and message came from goibibo that the booking shall be confirmed in some time and to bear with them.
                                However the booking was not confirmed till 6:00pm, so i enquired customer care, in response they said that the complaint has been taken and issue shall be resolved in an hour. At around 7:00 pm call came from goibibo that your booking cannot be confirmed as the airlines have hiked the rates. I raised several complaints that i had paid the amount which was reflecting at the time of booking and after several hours they informed that the booking cnnot be confirmed.
                                Now the issue is that, i have my fiancee booking in the same flight and i need to have flight on the same flight. Also the matter of concern is that the goibibo is asking for extra money due to the increase in fare. However the amount which was reflecting at the time of booking was paid to them.
                                Now after several hours of booking, on my enquiry they are asking for extra money which is totally fraud, as i had booked the flight looking at the rates which appeared in the goibibo application.
                                They are asking for rs. 6000/- extra which is totally unfair and the matter may be dealt with them seriously. Their customer care team is neither supporting nor escalating the issue to their higher ups. I tried to reach out to them in every possible way but they are totally indifferent to the issue. This is causing great amount of pain to the customers, as how can one pay extra for which they are not accountable.
                                The matter may be dealt from your end and provide me the confirmed booking at the earliest.

                                  I have been asking to goibibo team about a refund for my brother's in-law parents who supposed to travel from AMD to YYZ this year under this PNR AQWBNL. i did cancel ticket due to jet airways shut down in april and yet not received my money into my bank account.

                                      My booking id is htl46yx58h. The holiday inn express jakarta hotel say that they have not received the payment/ booking amount till now by goibibo. I have already paid the amount online through goibibo app on 14th of august. This is really disappointing. I have given my card on security basis. This is completely unprofessional. Today is 15 august. My check in has been done on 14 and check out is on 17 but goibibo has not done the transfer yet. Would not likely to go back to goibibo again.
                                      I have repeatedly called them but they have been making false excuses and have not worked on it yet.
                                      This issue has been neglected and this kind o[censored]nprofessionalism is not accepted.

                                        Ibibo CEO offlce phone number is wrong. Tollfree numbers not supporting for hotel related queirs. No way to approach ibibo. No idea, Where is this bloody organization situated in Chennai for walkin.
