Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Complaint Regarding Refund Delay and Lack of Human Support PNR MZL17F

I am writing to formally complain Goibibo regarding the refund for my return flight on 25 August 2025, from Dharamshala to Ahmedabad, under PNR MZL17F.
Due to a change in the boarding sector from Dharamshala to Chandigarh, the airline IndiGo issued a refund of ₹3, 214 to Goibibo, from whom I had originally booked the ticket. However, despite the refund being processed by the airline, I have received no update, confirmation, or refund from Goibibo.
What’s more concerning is the complete lack of access to human customer support. The only available option is an AI assistant named Gia, which has proven ineffective and unable to resolve my query. There is no publicly listed customer support email ID, and repeated attempts to contact Goibibo through their helpline have failed to connect me to a human representative.
I would like to emphasize that the change in boarding sector was made by the airline, and there was no cancellation from my side. Therefore, I expect a full refund of ₹3, 214 without any deductions and delaly.

This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable for a travel service provider handling financial transactions. I request the following:
- Immediate update on the full refund status and timeline
- Confirmation of the exact amount being refunded
- A callback from a human representative to resolve this issue directly
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate it further through consumer protection channels and legal forums.
