Ibibo Group / Goibibo — different pnr number issued for connecting international flights

Hi,

I booked a ticket for international return flight through dublin to mumbai via london and return along the same route.

While booking the ticket from dublin to mumbai, goibibo showed me it's a connected flight from dublin to mumbai with stop at london. By connecting flight means customer assumes it to have same pnr number, luggage transfer by airline and immigration at dublin airport and no check in required again at london again.

As shown in the ticket attached, goibibo has booked two different flights from dublin to mumbai having two pnrs. Luggage transfer has to be done by myself from one terminal to the other. And immigration at london airport. I spoke to airline, it is suggested that you reach 3-4hrs in advance at airport for international flight which is not possible in this case as i will have to collect luggage and travel from one terminal to the other.

Even after constant writing, i have not received any response from goibibo.

If i miss my connecting flight which will definitely be the case looking at these things, my entire trip money, hotel booking will go in vain.

I request you to take strict action against them on this.
