Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Escalation refund not processed for cancelled flight (13th may) despite repeated follow-ups | immediate action demanded

This is to express my deep **disappointment and outrage** over the **pathetic customer service** I have received from Goibibo regarding my pending refund for the cancelled Air India flight dated **13th May 2025**.

The flight was **cancelled due to airport closure** – a government-imposed disruption beyond passengers' control. The flight was **cancelled by us directly via Air India on 10th May**, yet **no refund** has been processed till date. It has now been **nearly a month** of excuses, false promises, and zero accountability.

* **May 26th:** First call – Assured refund by 27th May.
* **June 1st:** Told that email must be sent to Air India – agent promised to send.
* **June 4th:** Still waiting – new assurance of follow-up.
* **June 5th:** Shockingly, previous email was **never sent** – again told it will be sent "within 30 minutes" and refund in 6–7 days.
* **June 7th:** More empty promises, call dropped, no callback.
* **Latest:** Repeated again to another clueless agent. **Still no progress. No escalation arranged.**

This repeated incompetence is not only **unprofessional** but **mentally harassing**. Every time I call, I am forced to repeat the same story, with no system in place, no follow-up, and **no ownership** taken. This is clear evidence of a **broken support system** that Goibibo is running at the cost of customer trust.
