Ibibo Group / Goibibo — flight missed due to previous flight delay and nobody helped | |||
1. I was traveling to kuala lumpur from pune via chennai and trichy on 20th. 2. My first flight pune to chennai spicejet sg929, pnr:ifmg3u, which was delayed by 1hr and 50min 3. Then from chennai to trichy airindia ai9555, pnr:yymqh which was delayed by almost 8hrs due to which my next flight from trichy to kuala lumpur was missed, which was scheduled on 9:25am flight no: ak24, pnr: uqc87p. 4. I tried customer care but nobody was helping me and they were saying we cant help you. 5. I am expecting urgent reply from you and want full refund of the flight as i had was stuck at chennai.
