[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — flight ticket confirmation issue | |||
Dear team, I had two tickets booked from go ibibo from entabbe - trivandrum dated 16th april. I have recived pnr and also airticket. But while i am trying to do online checkin, i understood that the pnr is invalid and the issued ticket was a fake one. Pnr t6shub is the fake one which is received. I have contacted goibibo, finally the team had offer me an ulternate booking for another flight. Still now, i have not received the airticket. Following are the new booking referance provided Mysmf[protected] Mysmf[protected] I have losted my time, lost my leave days and also visa expired, now i am facing leagal issues. I dont know, how goibibo is going to compensate me. Hope you guys will understand the consequences and do the needful.. Regards, Saifar.
