Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Fraud in ticketing.

I have book ticket with GO IBIBO For mumbai to dubai for 18/09/2025 fligh AI 919.for my brother arbaz akbar ali tambe. ticket details will attach below. as my brother went to airport his name did not show into the system airlines told it is IBIBO problem and IBIBO is saying it is airlines problem. for this for last 4 hours i m contacting with ibibo they told they put my query on priority basis but did not resolve it. i have book individual ticket but it is showing group booking. how is it possible? after all this they block my number. i want all my expenses back with ticket booking for cab booking till everything.
