[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Goibibo not refunding.

This is to notify you that I have booked a bus ticket on 14th november 4pm for my brother from kolkata to muzzaffarpur, pnr no. C5PUA5RK. boarding point was babughat, the bus was not available at the boarding point which came to know from Jai Mata Di Travels vendor, my brother try to reach the vendor over mobile no. Which was present on the ticket ([protected]/[protected]) but both number was switched off. The Jai mata di vendors at the boarding point told them only one bus is available and after that no bus available, they asked my brothers to book the ticket in cash ticket no.12322 . Because all buses already cancelled due to diwali, they also told to check the app for availability of bus on the goibibo app and yes no buses was present on 14th november 2020. So my brother book it in cash( proof attached), due to necessity of travelling, the vendor told my brother that you will get the refund automatically as the bus got cancelled. So I open the Goibibo app and did all the procedure of operator cancellation, the app accepted my request and my request ID was[protected]. we were relax that we will get the refund as the app was showing refund in 10days (proof attached) but after 10 days of no refund I try to reach them regarding refund but its very difficult to connect with Goibibo over phone or chat platform I also mail them but that didn't helped me and then I ask them about refund on Facebook. I got the reply from Goibibo that they are checking it with vendor. After 4-5 days I again ask about refund and they again told me to wait, after multiple times of enquiry they told me on 27.11.20 that they cannot give me refund because the vendor is not accepting refund. I was shocked and I was expecting good service and trusted goibibo but it seems to me that something big and very fishy is going on with vendor and Goibibo.
Please look into this matter
I need my refund.
I have attached all the proof of 14th November 2020.

This is to notify all that on 1st December 2020 goibibo send me whatsapp mesg and email that my refund has been reviewed and detail forwarded to bank (screenshot attached), after that on 2nd December without any refund initiated they close the case as resolved, I want to let Goibibo know that untill and unless I dont get the refund I will not let goibibo close this case. I want my refund. I will close the case myself once I get my refund.
