[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel booking in kasol

I had booked a hotel from goibibo sites on dec 20, 2019. The hotel was booked with the name of oyo 46752 hotel sun n wind from jan 2 to jan 5, 2020 with booking id htladv3wgn. But when we reached this hotel, the owner of the hotel refused to give us the room. He said he will not give the rooms in the name of oyo company. He said his hotel is not under the oyo company, so, you have to again book the hotel, if you want room.
But goibibo company has shown this hotel name as oyo 46752 hotel sun n wind not as hotel sun n wind. And we have paid all the money to the goibibo company. When we call on the costumer care number of goibibo, not even a single number has worked on that day.

I want to file a complaint against the goibibo, to returned all my money back with penality on this company.
