[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel refuse to accept my booking through goibibo

I have an upcoming booking through goibibo in oyo 9202 hotel central courtyard siliguri.

Booking pnr : [protected]
Check in date : 16-nov-2019'

Sir, i have call the hotel reception regarding my booking, but they said they can't allow this booking and ask me to contact goibibo.

I have reach goibibo customer service and they are also saying this booking is not getting confirmed from hotel end, and they will provide me an alternate hotel.

This is very disappointing, not acceptable from a big company like goibibo.
Please take a look at that issue,

I just want the deal for what i have already paid.
Please reply, i don't have much time

After Calling Goibibo Customer care, They send me an email as folow : Dear Customer, This is a courtesy e-mail to let you know that we have received your request with a subject of [ Goibibo - 30134684 ] and have started working on it immediately. Your request has been assigned with a tracking ID [ Goibibo - 30134684 ] and will be responded to within 2 hours or sooner. Regards, Goibibo Support Team
