Ibibo Group / Goibibo — I have not received my refund

Hi,
My bookin ID is TRNAFTKTI43J7I and
I have cancelled my train tickets from varanasi to pune for 22nd Feb and some of the refund amount was expected to come into my bank account and some in my wallet. In my bank account I got the refund instantly but for my wallet I haven't got any refund yet. Please check it ASAP.
