[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — incorrect booking of my flight ticket | |||
I am really annoyed with the customer Care and misleading promises by Customer care and Goibibo Portal. Today I booked my International Flight ticket, I was at great surprise when I got the flight ticket details, I had booked my flight ticket for 24th April 2019 but ticket is booked for 23rd April 2019. I made multiple calls to their customer care but none of them were helpful and did not even turn up. Was this information helpful? | |||
