I have already coordinated with the agent and they have denied that they receive any refund.
I have been sending emails but there is no response nor any call.
I need a callback from goibibo to call me and help me on this support.

Can you please check the screenshot in which agent has denied that they have not received any refund from goibibo. Are you guys acting unprofessional or your are really incompetent to address my query.

    I booked a ticket for international return flight through Mumbai to Phuket via Delhi and return flight from Bangkok to Mumbai via Hyderabad.

    While booking the ticket from Mumbai to Phuket, Goibibo showed me it's a connected flight from Mumbai to Phuket with stop at Delhi. By connecting flight means customer assumes it to have same PNR number, luggage transfer by airline and immigration at Mumbai airport...

      Hi,

      I would like to lodge a complaint against goibibo for the fraud transaction that has happened with me last night.
      While browsing flights on goibibo from phuket to bangkok, i was trying to check how much will be the total payment towards this ticket, but unfortunately app has automatically taken the payment of rs.3128/- from icici saved bank account details & the ticket got booked.
      While i tried talking to customer service yesterday night, person is telling me that if you would have booked before 11.30 p. M. We would have tried to give you option of void & book.
      Although the ticket was auto booked without confirmation before 11.30 p. M. The guy completely denied to help.

      I need refund of my amount urgently & would like to complain to police as well to draw attention towards such fraud companies. I have read other customers complaints as well against goibibo & hope that my issue also get resolved.

        Booked a ticket on 25th of august and was done through kotak bank in which rs.1200 was to be credited in my bank account. Have been chasing go ibibo team from past 3 months regarding cash back of rs.1200 but the same amount is still pending to be credited in by back account. Every time a drop an email there is a similar reply as the issue will be resolved by eod or will get back you shortly. But nothing has been done yet. Please help me on this.

        - produce what, when and where the events happened
        - state the legal reason (extract from the agreement), which requers the service provider to transfer money to unknown account of the anonymous user.
        Such type of complaints looks groundless and useless.

        You need :
        1. To save and to attach the document - image from the bank account which shows deduction of th exact amount from in the exact transaction
        2. To address the claim to
        - the bank with request to return money for the exact transaction
        or
        - to the service provider
        3. To xxpress claim in figures and state : what do you need exactly in 1 sentance.
        4. To state a good reason: reson: You had not ordered any services / had not got the receipt by yourself from anyone for these transactions.

        If the service provider / or the bank officer (usually lazy madam) failed to refund you in 15-21 days to your account, the only other solution is to get compensation via the civil case in the local court, where you need to pay
        - government fees: from rupees 200 + own efforts, otherwise 2000 rupees,
        - charges for legal assitance : from rupees !+ 5000 +own efforts, otherwise from 12000 rupess

        The fair court shall award you losses, moral harm, paid fees, but the length of the procedure can take 2-3 years.

          I have booked one air ticket on 15th july 2018 through goibibo site and while booking the goibibo provide me one offer, the offer was if i'll book the ticket through hdfc debit card so i'll get the 5% cash back from them.. So i did the same and i got the msg from goibibo i'll get the cash back inr 2232. After booking ticket i start follow up with them for cash back and they insure me with this re: [#24054649] ref. Id the goibibo need 75 working day to refund the amount but still i didn't get it, kindly reimburse the cash back attache amount.

              I have booked a room in hotel deepgiri solapur maharastra 2 night (26 th oct check inn and 28 th oct check out.)
              Hotel have denied for check in as hotel was sold out. Hotel manager said they have already infomed goibibo accordingly.
              Then from goibibo mr ashish shing call and have requested me to check inn in hotel sai prasad. But i have not checked inn as that was very low standard hotel.
              I have informed all about this to mr ashish.
              He said he will arrange for 100%refund and will give a compensation of 5000 go cash.
              He took all bank details from me and promised that with inn 48 hours i will get refund.
              From that date till today i have not got any refund nor any compensation go cash.
              I have called at goibibo for around 25 to 30 time for the same.
              Always i have to talk to different different representatives explain them by case then they will put me on hold for 15 to 20 mins.
              Then he will transfer my call to supervisor.
              Supervisor tell me that he will urgently look into at get back to me in 2 to 12 hours.
              But no one call back nor my i have got my money back.
              I have got many email from them that they have taken this issue on high priority and will get back soon but now one get back on this.
              It is nearly more that 30 days that i am trying to get back my hard earned money.

                    On 30 th morning 9 am I have started the journey from Guwahati through goibibo flight which I booked . Usually every time I use goibibo for booking hotels, flights etc . Last 26th I traveled to Kolkata and I booked flight and hotel oyo both from go ibibo. But this time it was a torture I reached noida and oyo 9072 at around 3pm after reaching I have seen it doesn’t look like a oyo hotel indeed a private property and when I entered the gate someone tells me this place is booked for wedding and when I talked to the reception they said whole place is booked for wedding. So where my booking gone? Is it a joke ? Just imagine the mental pressure experienced by me . Suppose if it’s a old person or married couple with kid. Please understand the situation how the oyo business has tortured the customer. After I called the oyo customer care no. [protected]. I talked to the customer care receptionist then waited 5mins then connected to supervisor then again hold for 8 mins then OTA for hotel shift to another told them all the situation they appolized me but this is no apologies. You have customer who booked it 2 weeks ago and you sell it to some random guy for wedding? All the proves I am attaching you herewith. Three times I contacted the oyo customer care and they told me they will shift me near by hotel and till now 10 pm no reply . And I had no other option booked new hotel again spent money . So it’s my humble request to kindly look after the matter and Initiate the REFUND PROCESS.

                      I booked a ticket to travel from Madurai to Delhi on December 16 which I cancelled later due to some problem from the airlines side. Goibibo assured me with the payment full refund but i have not revieved it yet. Its 33rd day today. I have called goibibo customer care several times but I am totally dissatisfied with their replies. I want you to look into this issue as soon as possible. It's more than one month that I am waiting for my refund.

                        This is with regards to already open ticket #25524549.
                        I had tried booking 4 flight tickets for 21st nov. But due to website issue only 1 ticket is booked on a different date which is useless for me. I have been trying to talk to customer care, they promise to call back with technical team but nothing is happening.
                        I have pointed out the exact error tht occured but they are not accepting it.
                        Even after repeated emails they have stopped acknowledging.
                        They take out database code and show it to me. But the problem was with frontend.
                        Wrong data entering into database is the issue.
                        My hard-earned money : (

                          On 11th May 2018 I had to book bus ticket for Mumbai to Shirdi through red bus Laxmi Narayan Travels 04 seats & Account is debited of amount 860/- Then I cancelled tickits.

                          On 29th Oct 2018 I have received msg Your refund request of Rs.860/- against proposal no: [protected] received from IBIBO GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days . But till now I dnt have received said amount. Requested credit or refund my 860/- Rs.

                          So I humble request to you that please refund my above said amount as earliest. Your early action is expedict & remain great thanks you forever.

                            I have 2 queries pending for almost 4 month now about refund.. Every time they give falsified statements that it wil be refunded after approval and "our manager wil callback in 2 hrs" it has been 4 motnths since my booking gjr19u
                            They literally gave me wrong terminal to board a flight and thn swiftly change the online after i raised a complaint, i saw them the screenshot to prove it and still they rent refunding me componsation.
                            2. For the same booking it was stated 5% cashback in 75 working days.. Its been 4 month and almost 80 working days i havent received that cash back in my account. They just providing false statement which i have seen in 4 month after giving more than 30 call to customercare for resolution,. But it seems they havent had customers as priority, only trapping them with low cast and falsified skims.

                              I have booked a ticket on 28th nov 2018 from goa to bangalore through goibibo. This is my first booking here. I selected the above mentioned date while booking. After booking, suddenly the date has been changed to 21st dec 2018. How come it changes suddenly to the date which i have no idea of planning to travel from goa to bangalore during that period? When i tried to reschedule the journey to today, only rs 384/- is getting adjusted. When i tried to cancel, the ticket, amount i am gonna get is 384/-. I have paid 2783/- for booking. I have no intention to travel from goa to bangalore at that date. So there is no question of putting that date while booking ticket. Finally i got a ticket with that date. This is totally cheating. If mistake is from my side, i would have not raised this complaint. Its totally their mistake. Blunder mistake. Ho w could your servers select those dates automatically without our notice? When i called to customer service, they are telling that they cant do any thing. As i requested to transfer the call to those who can do something, they are telling that they cant even transfer the call to the concerned persons. Only they can raise complaints and send mails to concerned people and they are going to call us within 2 hours. Then for what these customer care is for?
                              I need to travel today from goa to bangalore, i asked the customer service gal with whom i spoke to make an arrangement at least to call me immediately, so that i can reschedule the journey. She told me that she can arrange the call within 30 minutes and till now i didn't received any from them.
                              I just need my money back. I cant tolerate these kind of cheating.

                              My flight booking (PNR-VRO6TK) on 13-Sept-2018 and it is canceled due to flight schedule change. goibibo was given me assurance that you money (booked amount) will refund full.. but there is no resolution...

                                Yesterday i booked hotel jubuie international for 2 days in name of mr. Satyendra kumar (26/11/18- 28/11/18) via goibibo and made payment via card of rupees 3665. When went to check-in the hotelier denied check in saying that they did not receive any message from goibibo about booking as well as the hotel did not any vacant room. How come goibibo do this kind of forgery? Totally disappointed, expecting refund as well as compensation for harassment caused. Booking id:- htlx89d729.

                                  My family was visiting india i booked cab (Carpwf6mpicwojh) from mumbai international airport to nasik by 25th nov 2018 @22:00.
                                  I received vehicle and driver information when i contacted him mr. Dixit he said he is busy but he arranged his driver for pick-up naeem pathan but surprisingly naeem pathan arrange another guy for pick-up!!!
                                  Driver changed vehicle changed this is serious issue.

                                  This driver was driving very slow like 50-60kms/hr. Not even 80kms.
                                  Result he reached late at destination then in mid night he started argument for extra money for delay.

                                  This is very unsafe practice i will never use goibibo next time.

                                    i booked emirates airline but it changed to fly dubai which i doesnt like, You displayed while booking ticket emirates and now its flydubai its not a proper deal i trusted goibibo and paid for emirates flight now i dont trust goibibo as you did

                                      I opened mail account ([protected]@ibibo.com) in ibibo in 2011 and that mail id i given in my fb account and some other websites.. And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. So i request you to please help me to open my ibibo mail once.
