I have cancelled pnr no yvpxql due to medical emergency and concern has been raised via mail to [protected]@goibibo.com along with all documents on 14th nov for full refund but getting same answer that request is under process or didn't get revert from airlines, neither customer care executive ready to take conference call with airlines. I was trying to book a hotel in goibibo with reference to "gohtldandb3x2gxt" (Booking id).

At the payment page i tried to pay through direct upi.
Money got deducted instantly from my axis bank. However, booking got failed.

After that i called goibibo multiple times to get a resolution with the trasaction screenshot of my bank.

I had sent money for an online study class for which the amount is deducted from my account but neither they received tge money nor the amount is reverted to my account. Against my booking Id HTL4SE2TTB, room is so small for 3 Adults+1 Child. Gorbito show this room as Non AC STD room but it's original size is 9.2 ft x 9.5 ft. Refund amount of rs 5500 is still not received for the above transaction. The booking did not go through on 25 october 2018 and i received a message stating the amount will be credited to the original payment mode, but still not received.
The ticket was booked for two passengers - ms b sugunavathi and mr k v s charadeep for 16 nov 2018 from visakhapatnam to pune junction via the ltt express - 18519. But the booking did not go through....
