[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Incorrect name updated after ticket generation | |||||
I had travel planned on 24/6/2017 to Delhi via jet airways for which i had booked tickets through go Ibibo where i was using my friend go ibibo account so while booking the ticket we had mention my name harshiv.K.vanarse but their system picked up the name of the person on who account i was logged in which was again incorrectly mention on the ticket as Mr.amarjit.kaur saini where its should be ms.amarjit.kaur saini. so we tried to contact go ibibo customer care and got no resolution in fact the ticket which was showing refundable while booking after the ticket was generated its was showing as no refundable..no one take a print of each screen while booking a ticket..i would be satisfied if get a complete refund for the ticket i had paid..
