Dear sir i have recently booked a hotel at Jaipur from 1 june to 4 June 2019. my payment have successfully deducted and booking confirmation will get by me.. but at the time of check-in the hotller are say your hotel are not booked...then i have so many problem during the summer season and i have complaint to go i bibo care but problem not solved and my payment was not refund till now. detail are enclosed...
