regarding the cancellation of flight booking

During my flight booking, i have given the 8 digits oman based mobile number.
When i try to call for the cancellation of booking with a given customer number, they are asking 10 digits mobile number, which i don't have.

hotel check in issue

This is rajeev sudagani, i had booked 2 rooms on 31/05/2019 in goibibo hotel booking.
The booking also confirmed, i had got confirmation mail as well sms also but the hotel not allowing us to checkin, because they don’t get any confirmation from goibibo end.
At 10:30 pm i had booked the room untill 12:40 also they didn’t resolved my issue, i had called 7-8 times on this issue, but they simply saying that we keep resolving...

refund for flight

They even gave us the certificate for the delay which i have submitted to goibibo. According to goibibo they initiated the refund and now they are saying that they have given me complete refund but i have not got any amount, i have given them my bank statement and other necessary details...

I booked "oyo 7018 ivy boutique stays" hotel through goibibo app at rs - 970/- my booking is confirmed my checkin date is 30/05/2019 and checkout date is 31/05/2019 when i reached there there is a lock hanging on a gate when i ask to open a gate they says hotel is closed for last 1 month there is renovation work going around so no room is available....

misleading date time while.booking

I was searching tickets for pune to goa on 31st may 2019, got options for 9:30Pm, and 11:55 PM as departure time, when i selected 11:55 PM aatmaram travels, and selected boarding point as hinjawadi bridge, time got changed to 12:00 AM 31 may 2019, that was a bigger glitch in their software/website... And when i tried to contact goibobo or aatmaram travels, nobody was picking phone... Sheer irresponsible and totally unprofessional low class...

e-train tickets

I booked two train ticket for 21st may which were not confirmed. I even booked two tickets before that but i did not get the refund in original mode of payment but as gocash. I want my refund in my bank account through which the payment was made. I could use the gocash just for making bookings from goibibo. I want my refund to be shown in my bank account....

refund of amount for a cancelled train ticket

I booked a train from DLI to Jind Junction through goibibo app for 26th of PNR:[protected] and TRN:12481. The ticket status remained waiting and thus was not confirmed. I was therefore not able to travel. I request for a refund of the amount i had paid through the app. I also brought the issue in concern of the irctc. Fortunately they cancelled the ticket and also initiated the refund process. Now the refund lies with goibibo only....

wrong address and incorrect billing

Stayed at oyo flagship 29650 booked from goibibo website. The staff at hotel is good and polite. But the address updated on goibibo is incorrect. As per goibibo the hotel is 1.1 km from durgapura railway station but in exact it is 13 km away. Hotel has repeatedly sent emails to goibibo to update the same but they have not done it yet. Also, even after paying the complete amount on the goibibo website at the hotel i was asked to pay rs 290...
