On 30.09.2017 i booked the room in hotel fortune select metropolitan jaipur for date 01 oct 17 to 02 oct 17. Inclusions were accomodation breakfast and dinner. Amount debited from my account but booking not get confirmed. Giibibo representative called me and said booking was not confirmed due to some technical reasons and now all rooms are sold out in the above said hotel. He suggested me ramada hotel jaipur on the same booking. I was agree with it. My booking was changed to ramada jaipur for the same date.in goibibo application half board was showing in inclusions (Screenshot attached), check in time was 12.00 pm and check out time was 11.00 am. As far as my knowledge is concern half board means a hotel that includes accomodation breakfast and dinner. I entered in hotel ramada jaipur on my booking date at 12.30 pm. I was told by hotel staff that their check in time is 2.00 pm so rooms are not prepared. I showed them the check in time as mentioned in goibibo applocation under trip suboption. But they denied and asked us to wait. I requested them to provide us check in as soon as possible as we had kid with us. We waited for 1 hour atleast after that we got the check in. Hotel staff told me that only breakfast is included in our package. I showed them that half board was mentioned in the goibibo application. But they advised me to talk to goibibo and they could not provide us the dinner. I called goibibo helpline number but could not get the solution. I explained my issue to everyone but nobody helped me. I wasted lot of time during talking to goibibo representatives in my one day trip to jaipur. Then i wrote to quick help suboption. But issue not get resolved.
