[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — not able to use gocash amount

I have booked a hotel from goibibo and earn some gocash around 6k. When i am trying to use this gocash i got only 84 rs by saying this according to t&c you can use only 84 rs not full amount.

It looks to me that goibibo was not fair about its promotional offers.

During the booking i did not receive any link which tells about t & c.
I am feeling cheated as amount shown in account user can not able to use it.
