On 16 october 2017, i book a flight from bangalore to delhi (Round trip). Flight is on 9 december 2017 and 17 december 2017.

While booking flight, i first made transaction through net banking and it was failed. I again made transaction through debit card and it was successful and ticket was booked.

I had a word with both bank of baroda and goibibo. Bank of baroda told from their end payment is successful and...

I booked 1 ticket for 10th nov, whose pnr is y10dm that is now being reschedule to another time (3pm).

That time is very inefficient for me to travel as i had meeting there just after 12pm and flight is reschedule to after 3pm without inform me which is suppose to depart before at 10:45 am.

Due to this i have to suffer with many looses, business as well as personal and on after this ticket i had back to back...

My booking with goibibo due to technical error got failed and was retained by goibibo. They said it will be refunded within 7 days. Then they mail me regarding that your refund is initiated and will take 14 days to appear in your account. After 14 days i call goibibo regarding this and they tell me that they have initiated the refund and it’s my bank which have not cleared the account. Ibibo web pvt ltd has wrongly debited my account for ₹791.3 on 31.10.2017. I never transacted with the company and hence shocked to see this fake debit.
I got the message as:

I always booked my ticked through ur app but today m really diassapointed coz o[censored]r charges with no time bound. What i min is that u sud have an option for full refundment or adjustment within the airlines as per ur field specialities... Say if it is for less than a minutes or 1hr mistakes.

I booked hotel kings park at kodaikanal on 21 september 2017 2.48 pm online under 100% refund policy if canceled prior to 1 day in advance of stayed. My check in time was 24 october to 26 october. Hello sir, i am pradeep ahirwar from bhopal. I am user goibbo app and book my first booking by it. My booking is non refundeble booking but as per policy some special case found they cancelled my booking but they refuse and my money no refund me... They are say hotel management done and hotel management also say goibibo done because pay you go ibibo.. Both are harassment me... Pls do some action against them...

I booked my flight on 17 dec from amd to toronto. I will travel through my student visa and i mentioned it when i was booking my ticket. I am a frequent user of goibibo, i am mostly using it for my bus, hotel & other bookings, but after continuous use, i am disappointed by the lack of good facilities.
I am using it but not getting good discounts on my booking, where other sites offering good offers.

So if i am not getting any benifit, what should i do?
I am planning to quit from here & start use of other sites as mmt & yatra.com.br...

I had booked a flight from amsterdam to bangalore through british airways. The flight had a transit in london for 3 hours.

I had checked with goibibo and you had also connected with the airlines and committed to me that a transit...

I've registered with goibibo with mobile number +91 [protected]. On 15th october i tried to book international airline ticket from mumbai to dubai with amount of rs. 9, 276. Unfortunately transaction could not be completed but amount has been debited from my sbi account. Immediately i contacted goibibo customer care and payu payment gateway and they told me that amount will be refunded into your account. However still it has not been refunded....
