Sir,
I booked a ticket on 12th jan 2018 vide gobus8dcd994a03. I gave the planned date to be 12th and due to some error, the ticket date came as 13th jan 2018. I immediately cancelled the ticket within 5 minutes. I found that half of my ticket cost i. E. Around 750 has been deducted as cancellation charges. I reached out to call centre and they informed that the cancellation policy is of the transporter i. E. Universal travels. When i checked with universal travels, they told that if the ticket is cancelled before 24 hrs of departure time, they will deduct only 10%. They also informed that redbus does not pass on the cancellation charges to them as it is mentioned in the site and they only get money if the passenger actually travels. There is some miscommunication in the site and wrong information being passed on to the customer.
Customers who use goibibo or redbus should be more cautious while booking their tickets. Rather they can check in these sites but book the tickets in the website of the transporter directly as we can directly contact the transporter in case of any issues.
The call centre of goibibo is totally non-responsive and i found them not helpful at all. I feel really cheated and i have not received any money in my account so far in spite of repeatedly calling their call centre.
Really regret having used goibibo for my travel. I will never ever go into goibibo or redbus and try to inform all my network about this experience through facebook, twitter and whichever way i can to caution them as well.

In your cancellation policy, you have clearly mentioned that the policy is of transporter and you do not charge any cancellation charges. This is wrong. When I checked with the transporter, he clearly told that they will get money only if the passenger travels on the day. You are cheating the public who are less informed. Goibibo and redbus are intelligent frauds who are cheating the people
No attachment in the mail. Further you have also declared that you are displaying the transporter cancellation policy which is wrong. You are only looting people who are not better informed. I want to pass on the caution to the entire world that you are an intelligent fraud.

As said by go ibibo the refund was initiated on 8th december itself.. But i have still not received a single penny in my bank account..         I am extremely sorry for the complaint which I have made regarding booking ID HTLKJRRKYJ .. The money is already refunded in my account..Actually there was no refund sms of rs 6337 from bank.. I also went to the bank few days ago to check if the money was refunded.. But it was not refunded until then.. Today again i went to the bank and enquired and found the money is refunded.. I am extremely sorry for the complaint which i made in consumer complaints forum.. I regret the inconvenience caused to you ..

          I booked my flights in december. My flight tickets got cancelled by unknown user account on goibibo (According to goibibo) whereas i didn't cancel any flight from my account. I asked the goibibo for refund but they denied to return the complete money as they are claiming it's not their fault. They just returned rs 1467 on cancellation day. I booked the flight for around 8500. Goibibo sent me mail mentioning the account holder id who cancelled those tickets but that account holder is not at all related to me. Please look into the matter and help me getting full refund or reserved tickets in same flight.

          Still no response from Goibibo side. They asked the time till Tuesday. After talking to unknown user it's quiet clear that Goibibo have registered 2 users with same account. Due that only my ticket got cancelled by unknown user and I lost huge amount of money in that carelessness from Goibibo. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
          I was havng A/C of [protected]@ibibo.com bt I dont remembr its paswrd. Dat id i had used 4 FB account n i dont remembr FB paswrd also. Plz resolve my query 2maro itself its vry vry urgnt.

          With reference to complaint no.1843096, atlast I have to negotiate with the conclusion. It's fine but that unknown user thing is still a mystery. It must not repeat to other users, otherwise people will loose faith in Goibibo...

            I have registered a complaint regarding goibibo room booking on 13th of jan, but till time they didn't gave a solution...
            My experience after booking 2 room: dirty bed, tv not working, ac not working, shover not working, soaps not provided, found a used underwear inside shelf,... Dear all i have attached all the photos of my concern... Tv, ac, shower, soaps all those things we informed many times but no response from the staff.. When i complained about shower they told to take bath in the shower which is fitted near swimming pool, even after remaining several times soaps not provided, i booked a room with breakfast, they provided bread and jam only as breakfast that too in a very poor condition, this is not we expecting from a 3 star hotel.. And location of the hotel is very difficult to find out.. Many times including our check in reception area is blank, there is nobody to assist or help.. No intercom in rooms.. We want to search and run for finding staffs.. Their behaviour is like they are providing a free of cost stay to us.. Not recommendable to anyone.. Far far better option available.. Pls don't get cheated

                I booked ticket on 12jan from johannesburg to bombay for 7th march travel date but after checking lot of flights and dates i was confused and booked for 7th feb by mistake in kenya airways i came to know it immediately and i raised my issue with ibibo to reschedule it to 7th march.

                I called customer service and they said they will send me link to pay more 350 rs within 30 mins on that link and it will be done in next 2 hours

                I paid in 10 mins and nothing happened in 3 hours so i called them back so they said it will take more 2 hours but it will be done

                I have been calling them every two hours and they keep on giving me more time

                Since 12 th jan i’ve been trying and on 15 th jan they said i have to pay more 7100 rs approx so date will be changed in 2 hours now how can i trust them again and pay more.

                In my first call they said cearly it will be done only in 350 rs

                Please help me they said i cant get money back if i cancel

                  In the mroning 11.00 am i bookd an itenerary (Multicity) for me & my wifre starting 9th may 2018 (Pnr h3q7er) from delh-slc-newyork-delhi. Thee were 11 options avaialble at same price. But inadvertently while booking i selected wrong box in which one flight from slc to newyrok for which i was interested was at 23.55 directly to newyork on 29.8.18, ticket booked at 05.55 hrs. From slc. Imediately since then i have tried number of times on line for the mistake occurred. Only once i was told by respected madam on line around 13.50 hrs. That as the ticket is booked today it self, you can get it corrected by paying 4400/- in toto. After that three times i contacted on line from my cell no. [protected], but cal was not completed due to long time taken. Now when around 5.30 the call was completed i am informed to pay more than 20000/- for rescheduling the above time.

                  As a gesture of good will and being senior citizen and also i am agreeing my mistake done inadvertently, i would request to kindly look into above and change my flight time from slc to newyork from 5.55 to 23.55 flight. It was unknowing mistake & immediately brought on line to your notice, i again request to consider it favourably.

                    I booked hotel through goibibo online in key prima temple shirdi, id [protected] on 13th evening, i came to to know after payment that hotel sold out while i spoke to hotel manager, hotel booking done on line 2 pm on 14th while i want at 6 am... I called to go ibibo and hotel to refund, but hotel told speak to goibibo.. Goibibo embezzled full paid 3400+ rs... While hotel sold out there were no revenue loss... Thay must refund my harden earned money... They are cheating behind the service provider to customer..

                      Dear sir i booked a flight for kathmandu from goibibo. Because u never intimated that for child passport or her school i'd with photo is needed airport authorities never allowed us to board.
                      This is such a rubbish childish behavior of goibibo people where they casually tell there customer to have a i'd of you child. They are never specific because of which i got a loss of rs 20000/-.

                      I will request everyone to kindly uninstall goibibo and please​ book tickets from direct companies they tell u real scenario
                      So that u don't get embarrassed and harrased.

                        I have been following up with the Goibibo since 26th December but till date i have not been able to receive a resolution.
                        Also, the team is making false commitment, not replying back and never give the update.

                          Today i have booked air ticket trough goibibo for indigo airlines for 6 pax. Travel date is 18th march 2018.

                          I suppose to get ticket for travel date 18th march 2018 from new delhi 13.10 to hyd 15.25 and departure at hyd1 9.10 to tir 20.35.

                          But i have received the ticket with same date. I. E 18th march 2018 but timings is the different due to technical issue.
                          Then immediately i called to customer care within the 10 minitis, spoken with mr. Suraj regarding this issue. Then he was told me that he will called me back within few minities.
                          Later i received email from mr. Gaurav that airlines has agreed to change the flight details but there is time only one hour. I really surprised. Already i discussed with mr. Suraj and i gave the all the details. Again there is only one hr time to submit the details to airlines.
                          Again i called to customer care, i spoken with ms niha, she was also told me the same thing like mr. Suraj.."will cal you back within few minities.

                          So far i didn't receive any call from them which is showing clear negligence.

                          Kindly look into this issue & issue the correct pnr.

                            We are suffering from 3 days caliing and keeping mails to goibibo
                            I want complete amount for complaint which is raised 3 days back onwards and which is still in process,
                            I raised complaint on sunday
                            72 hours my issue is not solved
                            I want a serious action against all those of goibibo team who spoke with number [protected]

                            Myself, ashok and i am also a customer of goibibo and my cousin mr, vicky is stuck up in visakhapatnam due to reverse booking done

                            Now i want either booking to be corrected for the same date
                            Or refund the amount into my cousin's account

                            He has in sufficient money and is stuck up in visakhapatnam
                            And he has to buy a ticket to chennai i[censored] refund the money
                            Please take action against this seriously
                            And the management like harjot singh and who all spoke with me and delayed for process and my cousin is still suffering in visakhapatnam
                            Please take this issue up to goibibo chairman as a passenger is not to able to travel due to in sufficient money with the passenger

                            Return the amount as soon, so vicky my cousin can travel back to chennai which the actual journey required

                              I booked three tickets through goibibo and by mistake spelled my daughters name wrong on the ticket. When AI policy states you can change mis spelled name. I emailed spoke. To numerous reps. Nothing was done and was told to just wait. AI staff told me to tell go ibibo they can do it from
                              There end as it not complete name change just an alphabet. Even sent screen shot of the chat between AI STAFF and Myself. At the end I had to get Ministry of External affairs involed and sort this issue.

                              This is not the Way you provide customer service. Your staff is telling me to cancel the tickets I paid more then 2 lakhs on tickets and they telling me to cancel and rebook but no refund would be given for an honest mistake is really ridiculous. I made humble request to your staff, spoke to supervisors no result.
                              Been more then 6!hours been dealing with this simple problem. Thanks I had a reply from ministry who will be sorting it for me. Shame on Goibibo team. Caused me and my family so much stress. They are travel agents and should know the policies of different airlines.

                                Complete fraud from goibibo management collecting thousands and thousands of ruppes from customers

                                I mistakenely selected source and destination wrongly for that this goibibo is taking by money almost completely back and
                                I request the supporting consumer complaint board to please take action aganist this official robbery from normal people
                                And please file a case on the team

                                I made a booking in goibibo website for 16th jan journey date and the number used for booking is [protected]

                                But i entered source and destination in reverse order

                                Actual source is visakhapatnam

                                Actual destination is chennai

                                I have made a booking in reverse order,

                                I am a student and i cannot afford to lose my money by giving refund just in hundreds for ticket worth 4000rs which is a big and open cheating for un affordable persons like me, i am a studying and i cannot pay again this huge amounts

                                I want full refund or give a ticket from vizag to chennai which i told earlier which i booked in reverse,

                                I am normal middle class student and i cannot afford again and again ticket i[censored] can't change the ticket to reverse order source and destination,

                                Give me full amount, i am repeating, raise this issue has high priority to the senior most level of goibibo and either change the source and destination in reverse order or

                                Refund back my complete money into my aaccount,

                                I cannot afford to lose money,

                                Its a big amount for me, escalate this issue to the senior most person of goibibo and

                                Call me at [protected] which is the present updated numbe

                                  I had booked through goibibo air ticket in the name of renu sharma from bagdogra to new delhi for 1st january, 2018 for an amount of rs. 6859/-. The details are as under: date: 01 jan 18, time: 14.30, from: bagdogra, to: new delhi, flight no: 15768, airline: airasia, pnr no. Pphk3n.

                                  As the flight is delayed by 05 hrs 25 minutes, mrs. Renu sharma has cancelled the said ticket from the counter of airasia at bagdogra. The concerned authorities of airasia has cancelled the same and submitted a letter mentioning that "full refund give to passenger as flight delays by 05 hrs 25 min. Hence, full refund due to bad weather at delhi". Please refund the amount to my account immediately

                                        Hello i booked a return flight for 2 adults and 2 children on 4th jan2018 through goibibo for pune to chandigarh (Dt - 6th march flight 814) and chandigarh to pune (Dt - 14march flight 813) for a price of rs 41516.
                                        I again booked on 6th jan 2018 for my friends family directly with airindia on the same flights for a price of rs 35648.
                                        I am feeling cheated by goibibo can you please explain as to why such a huge difference in prices. I plan to publish this across the media but before that i thought it is best to write to you guys and receive your response.

                                        A transaction of Rs 830/- was made to goibibo for train booking on 1 December 2017 . Transaction no. TRNAEVZFKU43F0. The transaction failed and i was assured that the refund will be credited in my account in 5-14 days but it has now been more than a month but the amount is still not credited.
