We booked The Colonial Manek Manor, Mount Abu vide Goibibo site on 9th April with 100% payment in advance. Booking was done for 3 Deluxe rooms vide i.d No. HTLDMAMGBTHQUB9Q for 22nd Check in and 24th Check out.
While reaching to hotel, Hotel did not provided deluxe rooms as per Specifications mentioned on Goibibo site at the time of Booking. We raised complain of small rooms allocation and not cleaned -dirty bed sheet, dirty pillow and other amenities were not in working conditions like TV, TV remote, Tea kettle, Wash Basin to Hotel Manager. Deluxe Rooms of 180 sq.ft with Safety and Hygiene was part of the deal with Goibibo and accordingly payment made to Goibibo. Shown Deluxe room size on site as instant evidence
On 23rd morning we talked to Mr. Gupata of Goibibo . He gave us assurance for new 180 sq.ft Deluxe rooms with Safety and Hygiene norms mentioned on site. As per Goibibo mail request we have provided all Photographs to Goibibo Customer Service support team through email ( [protected]@goibibo.com) at 9.00am on 23rd April.
No actions were taken, no rooms - 180sq.ft were provided as per commitment. we have provided fresh screen shot of deluxe room size with may month enquiries as a proof of room size evidence but nothing had been done till 10.30am. No reply from Goibibo side inspite of Follow up and evidences .
Ultimately, we have to do early check out with hotel person instruction that refund will be provided by Goibibo as you have done payment to them.
Now Goibibo is not providing complete refund of Rs.29562 as failure of commitment and not providing product as per order.
